Bhagya Lakshmi Written Update 1st February 2025: Ayush's Life in Danger, Shalu Blamed!

Zee TV's popular show Bhagya Lakshmi, produced by Ekta Kapoor under Balaji Telefilms, has been winning hearts for the past three years. In the latest twist, Lakshmi (Aishwarya Khare) stands up to Neelam for Aayush and Shalu's love. However, Neelam places a tough condition: If Lakshmi wants their union to happen, she must walk away from Rishi (Rohit Suchanti) forever.

In today's episode, you will see that Ayush is in the hospital, and his health condition is too serious. On the other hand, Shalu is in tears as she looks at him from a door. Later, Rishi comes there and consoles her and tries to calm her down. Then Mansi overhears Rishi and Shalu's conversation, and they get scared of her and try to calm her down.

Later, Neelam and Karishma arrive at the hospital, overhear the conversation between Mansi and Rishi, and try to cry, worried about Ayush. Rishi tells Karishma that everything will be fine and Ayush will soon be okay. The doctors are doing their best for Ayush not to worry about him and to comment on it. Karishma gets hyper and cries a lot, and she can't handle her emotions; on the other side, Neelam and Rishi tell her to stay strong and comment on it.

In the next scene, Neelam, Mansi, and Rishi try to calm Karishma. She suddenly sees Shalu and curses her that this situation occurs because of her and comments on it. Rishi tries to explain to Karishma to stay calm by listening to these curse words from Karishma. Shalu tries to apologize to her, but Karishma refuses to forgive her and comments on it. End.
