Today’s episode opens on an emotional note, with Sai pleading for Neil to wake up. She tells him she’s brought his favorite chocolate and says Savi has gone somewhere. Sai fears losing him just like she lost his father and begs him to wake up—for her, Kiaan, and Savi. Meanwhile, Savi is seen praying for Neil’s recovery. She blames herself, believing those she loves always suffer because of her.

Sai’s words seem to reach Neil, as his body slightly responds. Doctors immediately rush the family out and begin emergency treatment. Just then, Bhakto arrives at the hospital and shares a breakthrough—Shrichand has confessed to his crimes, including the murders of Rajat and Tejaswini. Savi is relieved, but the person she most wants to share it with isn't conscious—until Sai and Bhagyashree arrive with the news that Neil is out of danger.

In a surprising turn, Bhagyashree has a change of heart. She acknowledges her mistakes and praises Savi, calling her a strong and devoted mother. The two embrace emotionally. Bhagyashree then informs Savi of her decision to move to Mumbai with Tara and Riddhi, entrusting the kids to Savi so she can start a new chapter with Neil.

Neil regains full consciousness, and this time, he remembers everything—his family, his past, and, most painfully, Tejaswini. The family is relieved, but Neil’s emotional weight becomes too much to bear. Savi, believing Neil no longer needs her, decides to leave. She says he has his memories back now, and she wants to focus on herself.

Despite the emotional turmoil, Neil insists on seeing her. Leena tries to dismiss their relationship as fake, but Neil asserts that Savi is his wife and stood by him when he needed her most. He says if she chooses to continue the relationship, he will honor it—but if not, he’ll let her go. He simply wants to speak with her one last time.

As Savi prepares to leave with the family, Neil watches from a distance. She sees him in the rearview mirror, gets out of the car, and walks up to him. Neil asks, “Couldn’t you go?” Savi replies that she couldn’t leave without saying goodbye.

Neil gently asks her to stay, saying tough times are inevitable—so why not face them together? Savi acknowledges his support and says she’ll always be grateful, but she cannot build a life with him. She wants to focus on her children and her career and live on her own terms.

Neil accepts her decision with grace. He offers friendship instead of love, and Savi accepts with a smile. They share an emotional farewell—eyes full of unspoken pain but mutual respect. Savi leaves, carrying memories of their journey. As she drives away, she recalls her mother’s teaching and recites a powerful slogan about new beginnings.
