Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin 3rd July 2025 Written Episode Update: Will Neil Slip into Coma?

The episode opens with Leena urging Bhagyashree to accept Savi staying with them, saying that Neil is recovering and that Savi and the children will soon be with her. Bhagyashree refuses to understand but promises to return the children once Neil is well. Leena reminds her of their custody deal, but Bhagyashree, overwhelmed with emotion, declares she only wants her grandchildren back. She becomes so agitated that her health deteriorates and she faints. Riddhi tries to revive her and calls Savi for help. Shocked, Savi rushes to the hospital.

Meanwhile, Neil comes downstairs and asks about Savi. The family lies to him, saying she forgot her phone. Neil plans to return it to her office, but they make excuses to stop him. When Savi reaches the hospital and learns that Bhagyashree has been admitted, she’s asked to deposit money. Neil, noticing a message on her phone showing a ₹50,000 debit to City Hospital, becomes suspicious and heads there. Leena and her family follow.

Bhagyashree regains consciousness and asks Riddhi to tell Savi to leave. She accuses Savi of creating a new family. Savi explains she only took the children for Neil’s recovery, not to separate them. Bhagyashree calls her selfish. Savi tearfully replies that Neil and she have no relationship and that Bhagyashree is the true family.

Neil arrives and, upon learning that Savi’s "mother-in-law" is admitted, grows confused, knowing his own mother is at home. He finds Savi and Bhagyashree and collapses. His family rushes him to Dr. Surwase, who manages to save his life—but Neil slips into a coma, with little hope of recovery. Leena is shattered, Savi is devastated, and a guilt-ridden Bhagyashree apologizes, taking partial blame. Leena, however, blames Savi entirely.

Savi brings Sai and Kiaan to the hospital and gives them to Bhagyashree, admitting she never wanted to keep them apart but was forced by circumstance. She confesses that she hurt everyone—Neil, Leena, and herself—but vows to never let them suffer again. She apologizes, knowing the kids will be happy with Bhagyashree. They embrace tearfully, and Savi leaves.

Precap: Savi stays at the hospital, where Sai informs her that Neil has regained consciousness. A relieved Savi is stunned when Bhagyashree apologizes, calls her a great mother, and urges her to start afresh with Neil. What will happen next? Stay tuned!
