The episode begins with Savi hugging Neil, breaking down as she admits how she couldn’t bear to lose him. Her emotions are raw and heartfelt. She removes the necklace he gifted her, explaining that she can't wear it during duty hours. Neil feels guilty, thinking he ruined her birthday with his doubts. He promises to make it up to her and turn the day into something unforgettable.

Meanwhile, Bhagyashree, desperate and restless, tries calling Sai but fails to connect. Alone in her pain, she mutters to herself how unbearable life is—living with Rajat while being separated from her grandchildren. She vows to meet Sai and Kiyan today, no matter what.

Back at the Pradhan house, Neil has arranged a special birthday celebration for Savi. He even invites the doctor. In front of the family, Neil sings for Savi and dances with her, leaving everyone touched. Savi is surprised but smiles through the moment. Sai quietly thanks God, seeing her mother finally smile. But not everyone is pleased—Leena notices Neil’s growing affection and worries he might be falling for Savi for real. Neil experiences a faint flashback, giving Savi hope that his memory is returning. A group photo is clicked, but Bhagyashree, watching from afar, is consumed by pain and vows to take her grandchildren back.

The next morning, Savi finds Neil and Sai bonding over exercise. Sai is giggling, and Neil is trying to keep up with her. Neil’s sister prays for these happy moments to last forever. Doctor Surwase arrives and confirms that Neil’s recovery is going exceptionally well—crediting Savi and the family’s support. He advises that the time is near to slowly reveal the truth to Neil.

Leena privately thanks Savi for everything, acknowledging how difficult it must be to live under the same roof and pretend to be someone’s wife. She promises that once Neil fully recovers, Savi will be free to take Sai and Kiyan and leave.

But Savi is conflicted. Her inner voice challenges her—is she really doing all this just for closure? Or has she started to care for Neil? Another voice reminds her of her duty and debt—but it’s clear Savi’s emotions are becoming harder to suppress. She worries especially about Sai, whose bond with Neil is genuine now. Will she be able to separate them?

Later, Neil sees Savi lost in thought, tears quietly rolling down her cheeks. Concerned, he makes her sit and asks what’s wrong. Savi brushes it off. Neil wonders aloud if Doctor Surwase gave bad news—that his memory won’t return. Then, with innocence and sincerity, he says,

Precap: Bhagyashree will be hospitalized, and Savi will visit her. During the emotional exchange, Savi will confess that she’s only with Neil to help him and that Bhagyashree still holds all the rights over Sai and Kiyan. But Neil overhears this shocking truth and faints. Doctor Surwase rushes to treat him and suggests shock therapy as Neil’s condition deteriorates.
