Tejaswini and Neil are in the room; Tejaswini's health doesn't look good. He tries to talk to her. Tejaswini says this is real life, not like a movie that has a happy ending, and even if she doesn't accept the marriage, it doesn't matter; she has no options, she will have to be with him and suffer.

She is worried about her dreams and blames Neil for all this, saying she will never forgive him. Neil's apologies don't matter to her.

Neil and Tejaswini fall on the bed mistakenly; Rituraj sees them, and he gets frustrated. He has bought medicine for Tejaswini. Neil is reminded of the fact that Teju wanted to marry Rituraj, not him.

Neil says medicine is not necessary for everything, whereas Ritura blames Neil for not taking care of Tejaswini properly. Rituraj asks Teju to sleep on time; she is irritated with this but doesn't say anything.

Neil has bought ice for Tejaswini's headache; her attitude makes it difficult for him to treat her properly. Neil says to her that he will support her for her dreams; he will even buy books. Tejawini says she doesn't need his help.

Neil offers to sleep on the sofa. Neil couldn't digest what he heard that day!

The next morning, Tejaswini gets ready. She receives a call from Mukta. Tejaswini is still bitter about things, and she is pessimistic about the whole situation. Mukta tries to make them understand how initially Laxmi was against them, but eventually she changed, and she loves her, and in the same way Leena will come around. She advises her to be a good daughter-in-law. Tejaswini says she won't be able to do this.

Tejaswini is downstairs; she is planning to cook for the family, and she has prepared modak. While the whole family sits down for breakfast, Tejaswini informs them that she has made modak for all. Everyone refuses to eat. Leena comes out, and when she is about to throw it on the floor, Tejaswini stops her and feeds her unwillingly. She says it is prasad; if she had thrown it, it would have been a bad omen.

Leena says she understands her oversmartness, and this family will never accept her as a daughter-in-law. Tejaswini offers to all and takes the elders blessing. The cousins are on Tejaswini's side as they praise her cooking. They say Neil has yet to taste it.
