Zain started his career as a model. He modeled for top brands like Aldo, Reebok, and McDowell’s No. 1. Eventually he shifted to acting, and we all know what a star he has become.
Early Career and Breakthrough
Imam's acting debut came with MTV India's "Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan," where he portrayed Abhimanyu Thakkar; this gave him an immense fan following among youth.
However, his portrayal of Yuvraj "Yuvi" Luthra in Zee TV's "Tashan-e-Ishq" brought him commercial success and nationwide fame.
His performance as the complex antagonist earned him the Gold Award for Best Actor in a Negative Role in 2016 and the Zee Rishtey Award for Favourite Dulara Dushman in 2015.
He played some of the major roles in popular serials like ACP Neil Khanna in StarPlus's "Naamkarann."
He even did a reality show, "Khatron Ke Khiladi 9," in 2019, showing his versatility.
Zain has been part of web series such as "Crashh" and "Poison 2" and appeared in music videos like "Tanhaai" by Tulsi Kumar.
Currently he has been part of Colors TV's "Suman Indori, which he joined in 2024. He is playing the role of Teerth Mittal, sharing the screen with Ashnoor Kaur.
