Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 7th July 2025 Written Episode Update: Will Abhira Reconsider Her Decision? While Armaan Gets a Job in Krish's Firm

The episode opens with Kaveri asking Abhira if she’s reconsidering the engagement. Anshuman gently steps in, saying that if she has any doubts, she’s free to walk away—he doesn’t want to force her into anything. Abhira denies it, leaving Armaan silently heartbroken. Kaveri then announces that Abhira and Anshuman will be married alongside Krish and Tanya.

As Abhira and Anshuman pose for pictures, Armaan quietly slips away, hiding under a table to mask his pain. He tears apart a bouquet, questioning his own feelings—wondering why he can’t be happy for Abhira. He pulls out her mangalsutra and is consumed with regret over their past.

Anshuman finds Armaan and urges him to stop clinging to the past and focus on the future. But Armaan insists he knows what he’s doing. Their conversation escalates into a tense clash. Anshuman warns Armaan to stay away from the engagement festivities for Abhira’s sake, while Armaan bitterly tells him to make sure Abhira doesn’t get hurt—and leaves him with the words, "Take care of her."

Meanwhile, Kaveri calls Manish and the family to invite them to the wedding. Abhira, internally conflicted, wonders if she’s making a mistake by moving forward without her family. Vidya, under her breath, questions the wedding’s purpose. When Abhira seeks help in the kitchen, Vidya ignores her, prompting Kaveri to intervene and scold both.

Anshuman arrives and tries to ease the tension. He acknowledges Vidya’s disapproval and asks what he can do to win her blessing. Vidya declines, saying he may be a good man, but her heart can’t accept it. Anshuman assures her he isn’t trying to replace Armaan and says her concern as a mother is justified. He even invites Kaveri to live with them, but she refuses and says she’ll return to her own home.

Later, Vidya has an honest conversation with Abhira, saying she still sees Armaan in her heart and believes no one can replace him. She questions Abhira’s reasons for marrying Anshuman—is it because Armaan moved on, because Kaveri insists, or because Anshuman is a good man? Abhira quietly replies that all three reasons are enough.

Elsewhere, Armaan arrives at the Poddar firm, where Krish coldly calls for security. Armaan, broken and desperate, pleads for a job, revealing he has lost everything. He praises Krish’s handling of the firm, and though Krish mocks him, he offers a job—not as a lawyer but as his manager. Manoj tries to stop it, but Armaan accepts, determined to access certain files. Manoj warns him to be careful. Later, Maira calls, and Armaan checks on her.

Meanwhile, Abhira prepares to shift to a new house and take on the role of someone’s wife. She breaks down, hugging Armaan’s shirt and sobbing. Outside, Armaan arrives and is about to knock, but stops himself. He hears Abhira say aloud that she’s waiting for someone who will never return—and that it's time to forget him. Both are devastated, yet unaware of each other’s pain.

Precap: Maira and Abhira come face-to-face, and the police shows the posiblity of maybe Pookie is no more. A shattered Abhira injures herself. Maira tends to her, but their growing bond makes Geetanjali uncomfortable. She warns Abhira to stay away from Maira.
