Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 2nd July 2025 Written Episode Update: Will Armaan Reveal Maira's Truth?

Today’s episode starts with heartbreak and guilt, as Abhira is once again shattered thinking about Pookie. Armaan, struggling with the weight of his secret, is finally ready to confess that Pookie is Maira. But just as he gathers the courage, Kaveri interrupts, reminding him Geetanjali is waiting.

Outside, Armaan breaks down in front of Geetanjali, confessing that Abhira deserves to know the truth. He acknowledges that his fear no longer justifies keeping the truth from her—Abhira is still searching for her lost daughter. Geetanjali, supportive yet emotional, urges him to go ahead and tell both Abhira and Maira. Kaveri overhears the conversation and grows fearful that the past will destroy the present.

Meanwhile, Kiara overhears Krish flirting on a call and suspects him of cheating on Tanya. When she tries to access his phone, she finds the chats deleted. As he receives another call, she notes the number—determined to gather evidence before exposing him.

In another emotional track, Anshuman is burning with fever, murmuring about Abhira. Tanya tends to him but is taken aback by his confession that he has moved on, but Abhira is still trapped in her pain, and he wants to help her heal.

Back at the Poddar house, Kaveri continues her manipulation. While feeding Vidya, she plants the idea that Armaan will leave again once Vidya recovers, suggesting that she shift with Kaveri. Vidya stands firm, believing Armaan’s heart still belongs to Abhira and asserting he will stay. Kaveri pushes further, urging Vidya to think about Abhira’s suffering.

Elsewhere, Geetanjali gets triggered when a child demands the same toy she’s buying for Maira. She refuses to share and realizes she might need to talk to Armaan about her insecurities. As fate would have it, she hitches a ride with Kiara—who is already on edge about Krish.

Abhira returns from the market, and Armaan finally opens up. He breaks down, guilt-ridden, confessing that he once told Abhira she couldn’t be a good mother—all in an effort to keep Pookie away from her. He calls her the best mother and admits he should have supported her instead of doubting her. As Abhira tears up, hopeful they can now search for Pookie together, Armaan says there's one more thing he must reveal—just as Geetanjali arrives and stops him.
