Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 29th June 2025 Written Episode Update: Geetanjali's Surprise Visit and Heartbreak!

Today's episode opens with Armaan drowning in guilt, questioning how he could ever believe that Abhira would be happy without her daughter, Pookie. While he struggles to hide the truth about Maira, Abhira mistakenly believes Armaan is also grieving the loss of Pookie, just like her. Moved by the pain she assumes he’s carrying, Armaan resolves to finally speak the truth to her. However, just then, he receives a call from Daddu and is interrupted.

He sees Maira fiercely standing up for Geetanjali, treating her as a mother figure. Armaan realizes that if Maira can fight the world for Geetanjali, she will never accept Abhira. Deciding it’s best to leave, he walks away.

Abhira notices him leaving and pleads with him to stay at least until Vidya's surgery, asking for a few final moments together. But Armaan declines. When Abhira accuses him of rushing back to his new family, Armaan doesn’t deny it. He simply says that Maira has built a dream life around him, and he can’t break her heart. Hurt, Abhira walks away, saying he’s broken many hearts already—but at least now he cares for one. Armaan apologizes quietly.

Back at the Poddar House, Kajal and Manisha prepare food for Abhira’s home. Krish causes a scene, and Kiara drops a bombshell—revealing that Kaveri told her Armaan and Abhira are divorced.

Meanwhile, Vidya returns from surgery with her eyes still bandaged. She’s hopeful that Armaan is around—and to her surprise, he has stayed. When Abhira gets a work call, everyone urges her to step away briefly.

At that moment, Geetanjali unexpectedly shows up, and Armaan awkwardly introduces her to the family as his future wife. The atmosphere is tense. Vidya, unaware of the full situation, asks about Maira. Geetanjali lies, saying she’s on a school trip and came to visit alone. Armaan is annoyed, asking how she could send Maira away. Geetanjali defends her decision, saying Maira was being stubborn and that she came out of concern for Armaan.

Meanwhile, Anshuman returns unexpectedly and is irritated to find Abhira working. When she questions his early arrival, he simply says he missed her. Abhira is left speechless, but Anshuman assures her that he’s ready for heartbreak, so she needn’t worry. He insists on meeting Vidya, and upon learning that Armaan is also there, he seems unsettled but still wants to go.

Back at home, Kaveri lashes out at Armaan for bringing his fiancée home. She tells him that while he might not care about Abhira anymore, he should at least have the decency to think about how his fiancée will feel when she meets his first wife. Meanwhile, Anshuman and Abhira ride back together on cycles, setting the stage for the next emotional turn.
