Ruhi is rushed to the hospital; Sanjay tries to stop Abhira and Armaan from meeting Ruhi. Manish stops him, saying, What Poddars? Their reality is out in front of all." Sanjay tells him to not say anything. Manish has Daksh in hand; Abhira gets emotional seeing him.
They all wait outside the room. Swarana asks Abhira what they will say when they get to know about Ruhi's pregnancy.
While Kiara meets Charu on the way, Abhir hides behind the car.
Ruhi regains consciousness; the family gets spectacles as everything was good in the morning. What happened to her now? Kiara receives a call informing her Ruhi is in the hospital; she asks Charu to come with her.
While Abhira gets worried for Ruhi's health, both Charu and Abhira reach the location, and Abhir also follows. He says his phone got switched off so he couldn't revert; Kiara questions him if the phone was switched off, then how did he know Ruhi was in the hospital?
At the same time, Ruhi does a hand action and calls for Vidiya to come inside. The doctor informs her of something to which she gets shocked.
Vidiya congratulates them. All are happy to hear that; no one gets suspicious of IVF. Topic shift to Armaan and Abhira; they say that they are happy for Rohit and Ruhi. Swarna is not happy with how things are turning out.
Sanjay says to Armaan and Abhira to make space in the room and leave, as they will only feel troubled. Armaan and Abhira are happy for family, but Armaan is thinking something; he says that family is celebrating with Ruhi and Rohit, but when they get to know about the reality, will they be equally happy?
While Swarna warns Ruhi to take care of everything from now on. Armaan is angry as no one was congratulating them. Rohit comes there and says that they will inform everyone once they get home. Abhira asks what's the hurry. Armaan says that everyone will get more hurt. Ruhi says no, they can't tell now, as when Dadisa gets there, she will create a scene, and that will impact the baby's health.
Both Abhira and Ruhi convince him to inform the family later. As of right now, it is not a good time to tell now. Armaan says how great the risk of them getting caught is. Abhira fears if they tell the truth now and if that affects the baby's health, then she won't be able to live.
As they were having a discussion, Manish came with his phone out; they got scared when they noticed him, but it turned out he was just capturing the moment. He asks Ruhi to take a rest and consoles Abhira.
