Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 25th August 2025 Written Episode Update: Anshuma's Sudden Demise Leaves Tanya Shattered! Armaan Stands Strong With Abhira!

The episode starts with the doctor confirming to Abhira that Anshuman is dead, but she refuses to believe it, saying he is fit and young. She calls him a fake doctor, saying she will take him to a real doctor and ask for help taking him to the hospital. Whereas Armaan goes to their special place and sees Abhira has already been there, as he sees burnt items, Armaan breaks down, saying he had to marry Geetanjali; otherwise, she would have taken Maira away, and he couldn't see it, but now how will he live without her? Saying he still loves her and will always love her!

Whereas Abhira admits to Anshuman and is sure that nothing has happened, as she says Maira and Tanya are waiting for them, but soon reality hits her as Anshuman himself talks to her; he says he thought he would go alone from this world and thanks her for being his friend and even tells Maira to eat as much as she wants, as a healthy lifestyle is also not guaranteed. It was Anshuman's farewell to Abhira.

While Abhira couldn't believe it, she grew anxious and kept repeating to wake up. She said, "What will she say to Tanya?" Abhira breaks down. Whereas Armaan is back home, as Armaan was about to speak, Abhira calls from Anshuman's phone; she is crying as she says to Kaveri that they are in the hospital. Kaveri, listening to this, drops the phone, and Armaan picks it up and asks the matter as he overhears Abhira speaking to Anshuman to open his eyes and wake up.

The phone is on speaker, and everyone overhears this. All the memories with Anshuman resurface; everyone is devastated. Tanya hasn't heard this yet; she is weirded out by why everyone is crying. Whereas Maira is waiting for Abhira's return, unaware of everything, Abhir calms her; he receives a call from Manoj informing him about Anshuman's demise.

Whereas police have arrived on the spot and question Abhira about the death details, as in, what happened? Where they were? He asks if they are returning from some function. But Armaan arrives. Whereas Tanya grows anxious as to what happens, Krish is asked to inform her, and Manisha informs her that Anshuman is no more. Tanya refuses to believe, saying nothing has happened to him, and asks everyone to stop crying.

Krish brings her back to reality; Tanya breaks down, saying he is everything to her and he can't leave her. She asks them to bring him back, saying she can't survive without him. As Armaan arrives at the hospital, he tells her to cry, as no one can subside her pain today. She hugs him and breaks down. While Geetanjali is waiting for Armaan's arrival, Dadu says to her that he is not coming, saying she is not her destiny and she won't find happiness. Geetanjali says some wishes are greater than pain.

Precap: Everyone learns the truth of Anshuman's demise, and a prayer is kept in his memory. Suddenly police arrive and arrest Abhira in Anshuman's murder case. As Abhira is behind the bar, she requests them to release her. Police say only a lawyer can help her. Armaan comes to her rescue, saying he knows she is innocent and she will be out of jail!
