Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 24th February 2025 Written Episode Update: RK, Armaan and a Shocking Twist

The episode starts with an intense conversation between RK saying to Armaan that people's lives are not public, and there are consequences to everything. He must choose between Maa and Abhira Ji, and that too in one day.

RK passes out drunk in the hall; family members are concerned about what happened. In sleep, he is slurring to choose between one. While Armaan is driving, the recent conversation is playing back in his head. At the same time, he receives a call from Abhira, and he doesn't pick up the call.

RK repeats on choosing one; Abhira asks what he is saying; RK tells in a sleeping state that he has asked Armaan to choose between Abhira and Maa; Armaan can't take away both from him.

Maa gets concerned why Armaan wants to separate them if she is RK's wife. Abhira confesses that she is Armaan's wife, not RK's, and she hid it from her because she was in hospital and not well.

Armaan is in a huge dilemma; all the flashbacks from the past are coming in front of his eyes. While Abhira figures out where Armaa is and hears his conversation where he is talking to himself and saying about choosing between Abhira and Maa. He is thinking that if he chooses Maa, then it will be unfair to Abhira, and vice versa. If he chooses both, then it will be unfair to RK, who treated his mom as his own; he can't be that selfish.

Armaan feels the fragrance of Abhira's perfume; Abhira leaves from there, thinking that she doesn't want to be his weakness, and influences his decision. She passes out outside Armaan's office; seeing her like this, he takes her inside. In sleep, she confesses that she loves her and can't live without her.

Shivani comes and wakes Abhira and tells her that they need to leave as Armaan has taken RK with him and they are gone somewhere.

Meanwhile, Armaan wakes up RK from his drunken state, and they discuss the bench where Abhira and the family's name is written. He thinks about his past; if he hadn't made that mistake in the past, then it would not have given the RK the power to say such things to choose between.

Armaan says to RK that he has made a decision; at that time, Abhira also comes there and says, I know you'll choose Mummy, to which he says, sorry. Abhira says to Armaan that he has made the right choice. Whereas Armaan is in guilt for making her cry and asking for forgiveness.

They both share an emotional moment where both share an emotional laugh. Abhira warns Armaan to not feel guilt about his decisions and that he should be happy and not cry.

Seeing all this, RK gets tired and irritated and says that it is enough and they should stop now and says he didn't expect it from them. Both are educated and smart, then also did not understand, he says. Both are equally confused, RK tells them, he would never make Armaan choose between Abhira and Maa, Armaan and Abhira are shocked listening to this; RK tells them it was his test to see what Armaan would do, and he is glad that he chose Maa over his love.
