Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 23rd June 2025 Written Episode Update: Will Vidya's Eye Issues Bring Armaan and Abhira Together Again?

The episode starts with Anshuman and Abhira, where Abhira says that Anshuman is complicating things, having a disagreement. Anshuman asks her to let go of her fears and says it is fine if she does not have feelings, but she will need to forget Armaan and make space for someone. He says he is leaving for London for a week, so at least think about him. He leaves. Abhira receives a call from distressed Kaveri saying Vidya has put expired eye drops in her eyes. Abhira rushes home, and she and Kaveri take Vidya to the hospital, where the doctor requests that they perform eye surgery and deposit 5 lakh rupees. Whereas Vidya refuses to get surgery done, saying if she can't see her Armaan, then what's the point?

While Armaan wonders what had happened, Maira tells him that no one else other than Abhira, Kaveri, and Vidya was there. Whereas Armaan misplaces the ring, Maira advises him to take care, as Geetanjali is also now part of their family. Whereas Kaveri and Abhira are arranging money for her surgery, but they are short on cash, whereas Vidya is stubborn to get her to meet with his son, Abhira asks, Why are they pressuring her? But Vidya says she will only get operation done when they will make her meet with Armaan.

Whereas Armaan is in deep thought, Armaan calls Poddar House, and Tanya picks up the call, and Armaan asks to give the call to someone else, but Armaan keeps the call and is confused. Whereas Abhira informs the Poddar house how Vidya needs to get eye surgery, and Vidya's stubbornness to see Armaan makes the family worried, as they were leaving to meet her, Krish stops them, saying to go in the morning as they already must be worried, and says if they need any financial help, then let him know.

While Abhira calls Armaan, Abhira tells him the truth and says it is his choice if he wants to meet them or not. In the blink of an eye, Armaan decides that he needs to go. Armaan breaks down, Geetanjali comes and sees Armaan like this, and concerned, she asks what happened. When he tells her, Geetanjali asks him to go, but he is concerned for Maira as well because she also just had an accident, whereas Abhira is wondering why Armaan still hasn't reached her.

The Poddars have reached their destination to see Vidya. They try to convince her to have surgery done, but Vidya has even refused to wear specs, and as Abhira was looking for Vidya's medicine, she will come face to face with Armaan. They both just keep on looking at each other, but soon Abhira recalls Armaan's bitter words and runs inside. When Kaveri sees Armaan, she shouts at him, asking him to leave, but he calls Vidya, but Kaveri stops Vidya from going.
