Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 21st July 2025 Written Episode Update: Will Abhira Overhear Geetanjali and Maira's Truth? Will Anshuman Find Pookie?

The whole family is worried about Armaan's whereabouts. Maira also wakes up and asks for Armaan and Geetanjali. Vidya calls Geetanjali, who informs her that Armaan is badly injured and they are in the Lifesaver Hospital. She asks not to inform Maira, as it will be tough to handle, but it is too late; Maira has already heard it. Abhira is devastated by the news, and as she was also about to go with the rest of the family, she stops herself, saying she doesn't want to add more crowd in the hospital, and asks the rest of the family to go.

While Tanya is struggling with how to wear the saree, she asks Krish for help, who makes fun of her, saying to wear something loose. Tanya calls her designer to shout at her, while Abhira is blaming herself for not going to the hospital, but she cannot stop thinking about him. Abhira calls the hospital to ask about him, where they ask what her relation is with the patient. Listening to this, she cuts the call.

While Sanjay and Kajal are worried about Charu, as she and the whole family are not picking up their calls, Sanjay confronts Abhira and asks him not to lie. Tanya comes downstairs in a cheerful mood, asking if she needs to do some more rituals, right? While Kiara asks, why is Abhir lying? He says more functions are remaining. He informs her about Armaan. While Maira is emotional, she asks if Armaan is angry at her. She asks, When will he wake up? Geetanjali says Armaan is strong and asks her not to cry, while Daddu sees Kaveri waiting outside. He asks her to go inside, but Kaveri says he is angry at her, and now nothing can be changed. While Vidya asks Maira to accompany her, but Maira denies, Vidya too gets emotional seeing Maira's love for Armaan. The nurse brings a form to be signed by the patient's family, as both Vidya and Geetanjali come forward, but the nurse says if someone related by blood will sign, that will be better.

Seeing Abhira's stress, Anshuman calms her, saying it is natural for her to worry about Armaan. He suggests that, love or not, a person should always have the intent to care. He asks her to do what she wants. Abhira says she wants to see Armaan. Abhira asks, How is he so understanding? Anshuman asks her to go carefully and let him know if there is any need.

While Tanya is cooking for the first time in her new house, she doesn't know how to cook, and she watches a video, but it soon turns into a disaster as she puts a steel utensil in the microwave and creates a short blast, while Manisha recalls Abhira's first cooking but quickly changes the topic.

While Abhira reaches the hospital, she sees Maira and Geetanjali talking, saying Armaan and she should get married soon so she can be her real mother, not a guardian, but it turns out Abhira has earphones on, and she is on a call with someone, so she didn't hear anything. Abhira goes to see Armaan; she talks to him and asks him to wake up, saying they need to find Pookie and handle Geetanjali and Maira, and asks him to think about others for once. The nurse informs Abhira that Armaan has been hurt on his old injury, so they can't comment on when he will wake up.
