Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 16th May 2025 Written Episode Update: Armaan's Obsession With Pookie Will Drive Abhira Away?

We see Armaan's overprotective nature is hurting Abhira. They all are making a trip, and Abhira is standing far away, as Armaan has asked her to stay away from Pookie, as she has a bit fever.

Armaan has booked a bus so that the whole family can enjoy it together.

Ruhi has also reached Armaan, who creates a ruckus over a small matter, as when Vidya has taken a dipper from Pookie's bag. Kaveri asks Ruhi to make Abhira understand that it's not time to stay quiet.

They all, one by one, sit in the bus. Armaan is so focused on Pookie that he misses that Abhira hasn't boarded the bus. This hurts Abhira. What hurts more is when she sits last in the bus, far from Pookie.

The whole family is enjoying singing while Abhira is on the phone. When Abhir is asked to sing, he refuses. As they were having fun, Armaan asks everyone to stop, as Pookie is getting disturbed. Kaveri shows Armaan his place, saying Pookie is happy, so not to disturb her.

Ruhi exchanges seats and sits with Abhira. She talks to her, saying how Armaan's love is turning to obsession. Abhira looks helpless as she says she has tried her best, but she is tired of fighting with him. Ruhi asks what she will do. Ruhi says she will get invisible, and it's time to make Armaan realize her presence.

They reach the location, rather than gelling up. Armaan is focused on Pookie, and the family is having fun at the picnic.

When Abhira rushes to help Armaan and asks for Pookie, Armaan refuses and calls Vidya instead. Vidiya gets extremely worried as she sees Pookie is missing; she sees that the nanny that earlier had come has taken her in her hand. Abhira comes and says she will change Pookie's diaper. Armaan doesn't hold back, saying to rest and stay away from Pookie.

While Ruhi tries to talk to Armaan, it seems it is of no use. Abhira gets a bad dream about someone stealing Pookie from her; she wakes up shouting!

Precap: In the coming episode, we will see some dramatic twists as Abhira is forced to stay away from her Pookie, who is a grown-up kid now, and Armaan has become an RJ. What happened that separated them?
