Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 15th August 2025 Written Episode Update: Geetanjali Manipulates Maira into Locking Abhira! Abhira Gets Hurt?

The episode begins with Armaan observing Maira and Abhira bonding, and he decides not to interrupt them; he plans to thank Abhira later for saving his life. While Vidya is sticking the clothes for tomorrow's competition for Abhira and Maira, she even stitches for Armaan, saying their family is incomplete when not together, and Maira deserves the love of both parents, so why is Maira asked to choose between them? Vidya says Maira is suffering the most, and for kids, the parents need to make compromises.

Whereas Krish reminds Tanya that in Abhira's happiness she forgot about Anshuman, as if Abhira will get close to Maira and Armaan, the farther she will go from Anshuman, and what is Anshuman's fault here? While the whole house is in discussion about Abhira and Armaan's future, Kajal, Sanjaya, Manisha, and Manoj have this discussion. Whereas Tanya gets manipulated by Krish.

While Kaveri reminds them that Armaana and Abhira were married and now they are engaged to Geetanjali and Anshuman, Vidya asks, "Will they be able to give love to their partner?" While Abhira is getting Maira ready for the competition, Abhira asks Maira what she is thinking. Geetanjali calls Abhira, asking to talk to Maira; she hands the phone to Maira and goes to get ready.

While Geetanjali is on call and tells Maira that she promised her to be with her and now she is all ready, Maira says, "How will she say no?" Abhira looks so excited, while Geetanjali manipulates Maira into thinking to lock Abhira in the room; this way she won't hurt her. Whereas Abhira is excited to dance with Maira and was packing the stuff, while Maira locks her in the room. When Abhira goes to knock, it does not open. Abhira calls Maira to open the door, but she does not open it. Abhira gets worried for Maira, whereas Maira feels guilty of doing this.

Whereas Geetanjali calls Maira and asks for the final answer, and when Maira says Geetanjali's name, she asks her to tell the driver to come to the venue. Whereas Abhira is overthinking as Maira is not answering, she is getting worried for her and decides to find a way to get out of the room. While Armaan is waiting for Abhira, he decides to call and check; the phone is with Maira, so she doesn't pick up. In the meantime, Armaan fills out their participation form.

While Abhira takes extreme steps and decides to rope her way down from the window, Maira, without seeing the cloth rope, collides with it, making Abhira lose balance and fall, and hurting badly. Maira freaks out and calls Armaan, but she doesn't know the password. Maira is crying as Abhira is not responding, but Armaan luckily arrives on time and says he won't let anything happen and takes her.

While Geetanjali has reached the venue and is getting ready to perform with Maira, Daduu asks, "Why is she ready?" And where are Abhira and Maira? Geetanjali says she doesn't know, while Daduu calls Geetanjali out, saying, "Why are you manipulating Maira and making her lie?" Geetanjali says Maira wants to be with her; that's why she is locking Abhira and coming to her. Daduu is shocked and folds her hands, asking Geetanjali to stop getting so low.

Whereas the doctor checks Abhira and says there is nothing major; she has weakness and needs to rest, while Geetanjali calls Abhira, and Armaan picks up the call. He says Abhira is in the hospital and will tell the rest later, but all Geetanjali cares about is the competition. Armaan rudely says to dance alone; Maira is not coming. While Dadu asks if she is involved behind this? Armaan asks Maira, "Why are you scared?" Abhira is fine now; he asks Maira how Abhira fell. Maira says because of her, she says Geetanjali wanted to dance with her; that's why she asked to lock Abhira, and Abhira shouted 100 times to open the door, and she thought Maira was in danger, so she took a saree to jump out from the window. Armaan is shocked by the confession, and Maira hugs him.

Precap: Abhira and Maira perform together, and when the performance ends, a chandelier is about to fall on them. Abhira saves Armaan as well as Maira and gets hurt herself. Seeing Abhira in pain, Maira calls her "Mumma," and they become the winner of the competition. The three of them hug, with only Anshuman arriving and congratulating them.
