Precap: Armaan is seen asking the boys to get induction to make sargi for Abhira. Abhira's friend asked her also to eat it but she said how can she eat as she is not married. Armaan asked Abhira to eat as a dessert. 

The Monday episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai started off with Armaan and Abhira who are seen talking with each other. As Abhira has worn a towel on her head everyone is seen laughing on her. 

Armaan came close to get it off and after which Abhira said she is the only one piece in the world. Armaan said that she is. Abhira told Armaan that they have changed. Armaan asked to stop saying all this as she has not changed that much. 

Abhira asked to play her favourite song on their respective phones. Armaan realized that her song has changed. Armaan asked to listen to each other's playlist favourite for the day and get to know each other as it will be fun and we will know each other from the scratch. 

Abhira told Armaan Mayra has gone on her father on making puppy face. They are seen listening to each other's playlist and wondering what type of songs they have started to listen. 

On the other hand, Mayra is seen going to school with Kiara. Mayra saw Abhir has come to drop her to school. As Mayra was seated behind and them in the front they asked Mayra does she want any stationary for the school? Mayra told them they are behaving like a couple and made them feel embarrassed. 

Tanya is seen eating junk food and Kajal came to check on her and told her eating so much of junk food is not good for her health. Tanya told her that she doesn't want to fail as tomorrow is karwa chauth. Kajal calmed her saying she will get to eat sargi and will be able to keep her fast properly. 

Meanwhile, Abhira's friend told her that they are keeping fast for their partners. Armaan's friend came to their room as one of their friend's got a saree for his girlfriend and told Armaan that my girlfriend is keeping Karwa chauth fast for me. 

Armaan realized that it is karwa chauth and Abhira will also keep fast for him. At the Poddar house Dadi sa gave sargi to Vidya and Kajal. Kajal gave sargi to Tanya. All the women are seen sitting on the dining table and having it. 

Vidya asked Tanya will she be able to do karwa chauth's preparation? Tanya said she will try her best? Vidya told her trying will not do and told her if she is incapable to pull it off? Kajal told Vidya that Dadi sa had asked Tanya to do the preparation and Doubting on her means doubting on Dadi sa's decision. 

Armaan is waiting for both of his friends to get induction to cook sargi. They both instead of getting the induction from the market stole it from their hostel's kitchen. 

Armaan and the two boys started preparing for sargi also known as kheer. Abhira and the two of her friends got her along with them at night outside the hostel. Abhira told them she wants to sleep but when Armaan came she stayed back. 

One of Abhira's friend asked her to eat sargi as the latter told her that she is not married how can she eat it? Armaan got a bowl of kheer for her and told her eat as a dessert.
