Parineetii 9th April 2025 Written Episode Update: Does Prithvi's Next Move Backfire on Him?

Sanju is going through papers; they are trying to understand how come Prithvi bought so many shares in such a short time.

While Neei praises Prithvi and her moves. He says that nothing is instant; pre-planning is required.

While Parvati says they need to plan something bigger, Parvati says she has a feeling that if they take personal revenge, they need to find out what the purpose is; soon Neeti will also realize, but it will be too late then.

Whereas Prithvi plans his next move, Neeti asks now what can be his next big move.

Parvati and Ambika had to attend a party. Ambika refused; he didn't want to see Prithvi's face. Parvati said that they would have to face him, as if they started to avoid him, he would get more confidence. Sanju agreed. Parvati says that Prithvi was asking for access to the company's data; Ambika says the data is confidential, and anyways, he won't be able to access that, but Ambika says not to take Prithvi lightly and finds ways to make Prithvi exit from the company. They decide they will go to the party.

When Neeti calls Prithvi cruel and cunning, heartless, Neil asks her to stop, saying she doesn't know Prithvi; if she knew, she would never tell him all those things. Prithvi says his aim is to take all the power from Parvati. He challenged Sanju to distract them, and he will work on his real mission. Neeti reminds Prithvi of the party; he says he will be fashionably late.

While Ambika and Parvati mentally prepare for tonight's party.

Neeti is back home; she looks happy. Bebe asks what's the matter; she says she supported Prithvi, and because of that she is happy. She says Prithvi will become the owner of Parvati's company soon, and once he does, he will reward her also.

Whereas Prithvi is also preparing for today's party, he talks to his wife, Parvati's photo, and takes advice from her; he says he misses her.

Neeti is dressed for a party. She comes to Prithvi's place; he asks her what she is doing here; he gets irritated with Neeti's wrongly placed necklace; he asks her to correct it. He asks her to do what she says and not to use her brain. Prithvi asks Neeti to drop him at Parvati's office; he says he will access the office in Parvati's absence.

While Sanju, Ambika, and Parvati reach the party, things get intense when the Malhotra asks about the CEO matter.

While Neeti reaches the party, Parvati asks why his friend Prithvi didn't come, and Ambika taunts that she works for Prithvi. Pari says yes; in this way, she is a servant of Prithvi. They taunt each other. Ambika says that she will get nothing in return if the company is doomed, and she doesn't want to be a partner in the firm. When Ambika is alone, Neeti asks her why she gave Pari a new identity and what her intentions were. She mentions, what if Ambika had a personal motive, like she couldn't save her daughter, so she is helping Parvati to reduce her guilt. Ambika says to mind her own business, and the only truth is that Parvati is her daughter.

While Prithvi sees that Daljeet is already in Parvati's office, he is also looking for something. Prithvi wonders what he was looking for. When Prithvi attempts to open the lock, the alarm buzzes, and a security system is implemented in the room; Prithvi is shocked to see this.
