Emily in Paris Season 5 All Set for Production in Rome & Paris This May

Delightful news for all the fans who were eagerly waiting for Emily in Paris next season, which is season 5.

Reportedly it is said that Lily Collins, who plays the role of Emily, is all set to head back to Paris and Rome to shoot the upcoming season; it is said that the production will start in May.

Show's producer Darren Star reportedly said that “We’re thrilled with the incredible response to this season of Emily in Paris and excited to return for a fifth to continue Emily’s adventures in Rome and Paris!” Making it official.

Schedule & Cast

Some reports suggest that shooting is scheduled first for Rome, and then production will shift to Paris. This May, production is supposed to start.

The primary cast of Emily in Paris remains the same; it features Collins (Emily Cooper), Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu (Sylvie Grateau), Ashley Park (Mindy Chen), Lucas Bravo (Gabriel), Samuel Arnold (Julien), Bruno Gouery (Luc), William Abadie (Antoine Lambert), Lucien Laviscount (Alfie), Thalia Besson (Genevieve), and Eugenio Franceschini (Marcello).

Though one of the lead characters is not missing, that is Camille Razat as Camille. We last saw in season 4 that Camille revealed she wanted to become a mother, and she and Gabriel ended things for good.

Camille said in an interview, “For Camille, the fourth season is very heartbreaking.” “Everything she ever dreamed of is falling apart. Everything is falling apart, including the marriage [to Gabriel], the kids, and Sofia. This season is a time for Camille to find herself and create a new future. It was great to play those emotions as an actress; it gave me a chance to show a wide range of emotions. So I’m very grateful to play this character.”

Season 4 ended on an intense note where Emily gets a work opportunity to work in Rome with Agence Grateau. This gives her liberty to be in Italy with Marcello; she had started to develop romantic chemistry with him, leaving Gabriel back in Paris.
