Ayushmann Khurrana's Upcoming Film Thamma's Trailer Out

Ayushmann Khurrana who had been off the limelight for quite a while is back more empowered with his upcoming film Thamma. The trailer of which got released recently and fans cannot stop talking about it. 

The Maddock backed film stars Ayushmann Khurrana, Rashmika Mandanna and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in leading roles. It also stars Paresh Rawal as Ayushmann's father. Who is said to steal the show going by the trailer. 

Thamma as described is a bloody love story. Where Nawazuddin who is the antagonist of the film is can be said in the trailer you are a vampire and you have been created to protect the world and humankind. But he is set to create more vampires like himself to quench their thirst with human blood. 

Ayushmann who firstly as human turned suddenly into a vampire falls in love with Rashmika the lover of his life. But soon their love story takes turn and face obstacles from Nawazuddin's characters. 

As a result Ayushmann and Nawaz's character collides and clash against each other in the film. The trailer also stars cameo appearances by Varun Dhawan as Bhediya and Nora Fatehi. 

The social media users are reacting positively to the trailer and is excited to witness the film on the big screens. This is Maddock Films 5th film in their horror-comedy universe. 

The previous films were Stree, Bhediya, Munjya and Stree 2. The horror-comedy universe of Maddock Films is India's one of the most popular franchise. And has stood up for their unique style of plot and storytelling amongst the audience. 

Thamma is directed by Aditya Sarpotdar. It is produced by Dinesh Vijan and Amar Kaushik. Thamma is set to release on October 21, 2025 this diwali. It is expected to encash bigger numbers at the box-office going by the festive season of diwali. 

Ayushmann was last seen in Dream Girl 2 opposite Ananya Panday. The film wasn't well received at the box-office. It faced criticism from a section of the media. The audience also did not responded positively to the film. 

On the work front, Ayushmann Khurrana has Pati Patni Aur Woh 2 set to release next year. He also has Badhaai Ho 2 slated to hit the screens in 2025. The actor also has Bollywood Googly expected to release in 2028. However, the release date for the above films are yet to be confirmed by the makers.
