Anupama 8th July 2025 Written Episode Update: Anupama Agrees To Coach the Team! Prem Ignites Classical Dance Love of Rahi!

Today's episode starts with Rahi and Pari preparing for the dance competition. Pari expresses how they have limited time. Will they manage? Rahi reminds her that this competition is important to her, as this is her chance to transition her identity from Anupama's daughter to her own individual identity. Pari says, How can one hate her own mother?, Rahi tells her she does and it will never end.

Rahi, with her whole team, has started practicing, and so has Manoharji with his team. Both teams look hopeful and excited. A huge setback comes for Anupama when Manoharji falls and his leg gets hurt. Manohar ji says he won't be able to teach now; he is at fault as he apologizes. Anupama tells him not to. The ladies get disheartened and lose hope, saying they will try next year now. Manohar ji advises Anupama that tough times make and break a person; he advises her to start the dance again. He says she must have a reason to leave the dance, but now the ladies need her; as if she won't teach them, their hopes will be shattered.

Manohar ji motivates Anupama, saying the first time he saw her, he knew it from her walk and posture that she was a dancer, and when Bharti told him about her dance, he said he knew the dance of God was giving her another chance and requested her to save the hopes of ladies. He offered Anupama ghungroos, and an anxious Anupama took them, memories flooding her mind.

Prem asks Rahi about her dance practice. Prem advises Rahi to perform classical, as it will make her stand out. He says he knows she hasn't worn ghungroo for long, but she surely must have missed it. He hands it over to them. Whereas Bharti makes other ladies watch her video, Jaspreet and other ladies get shocked; they all tell Anupama to support them, pressurizing her that only she can save them. Anupama is surrounded by ladies and her thoughts. Anupama accepts her fate and takes a blessing from Natraj.

While Prem provokes Rahi, can she not dance without Anupama? Rahi gets offended, Prem says out of anger only, but she remembers Anupama and hands over the ghungroo to her. He prays to God to destroy this anger, while both sides start to practice. Anupama on one end and Rahi on another. Everyone praises them.

Whereas Toshu comes across a neighbor who is selling antique furniture for a great amount, Toshu gets an idea. As he gets home, he tells her about the antique swing. Leela tells him the background story of how she bought this when she got married, while Toshu is daydreaming about selling the swing and plans a whole business model around this.

Pecap: Anupama goes to register themself in the dance competition, Jaspreet gets self-conscious seeing the professional artists, and Anupama and her team are made fun of as they are comparatively older in age, while the organizers inform her that their team should not be late; otherwise, they will get disqualified.
