Anupama 5th July 2025 Written Episode Update: Bharti Gets to Know Anupama's Past Through a Dance Video!

Today's episode starts with Savita asking if Manohar Ji hasn't come. Anupama is happy with the interest; she says he will come tomorrow, whereas Savita's daughter comes complaining that her father has denied her a school trip. When she goes, Anupama makes her understand that this competition can give them a chance to lead a hopeful life and fulfill their dream, and even if they lose, it will be a life lesson. She advises her to make her husband understand, as they are running out of time. Anupama says she is not giving her false hopes; all she is doing is making her meet herself, as in responsibilities one loses oneself, and when she dances her heart out with her friends, she will feel alive. Anupama gets hopeful.

Whereas Rahi is giving up on her dream, as she talks to Parag about how they were anyways aiming high, she tells him not to get angry with Khyati, as she is also in pain. Prem says they all are devastated by Aryan's death, but what about her dream? He says everyone needs to move on. He says if she backs off, he will not talk to her. Parag finds a loophole, saying he won't force her, and Prem is right. Rahi says she has no preparation done and no team. Prem advises her to team up with Pari and the rest. She has two students that make a team. They all get excited. Pari suggests that Meeta also dances well. They all get excited over this competition.

Whereas at Saha House, Pakhi and Leela talk about how Pakhi should not work with the Kotharis. Pakhi suggests they worry about Ansh, as Prarthana will trap him, whereas Pakhi refuses to leave the job. Pakhi sees a dance competition and sees a great prize money; she says if Anupama were here, they would have won. She says Leela also remembers Anupama, right?

Whereas Rahi is practicing with family, Meeta and Pakhi have joined as well, and if, following Pakhi, she mentions Anupama's name, she apologizes, saying she won't speak again; she will be extra careful. They start to dance again; Vasundhara sees the scene and shouts at them.

While Anupama has made noodles, Bharti asks, What is the reason for celebration? Anupama says that for no reason but to celebrate hope, as they might be successful in creating a dance team. Anupama talks about dance with so much passion that Bharti asks if she were also a dancer. Anupama gets anxious and changes the topic. Whereas Bharti, on the laptop, is seeing dance videos, and she comes across Anupama's dance video with Rahi, and the video is captioned as Mother and Daughter. Bharti asks if she is her daughter and says how well Anupama dances. Anupama tells her story to Bharti. Bharti gets inspired, saying she hasn't heard a better love story than hers. She praises Anupama's journey from where she started to where she has come. Bharti asks if she misses him. What has she lost? Anupama has always had two choices: one is regret and the other is hope, and she chose the second one, and everything is God's plan, and one needs to move on. Anupama shares words of wisdom with Bharti. Japreet comes home and sees them getting emotional. She orders Anupama around for tea; Bharti gets possessive and says Japreet should do her own work. Bharti has bought earrings for Anupama and gifts for her, saying once they win, she will buy her originals, whereas Saritsa has joined the group.

Precap: Anupama will come across a disturbing domestic violence case in the chawl. With no one else stepping in, she decides to act. Meanwhile, Rahi confronts Prem about his bias towards Anupama, asking if he’s secretly met her. Prem admits he has!
