Anupama 4th July 2025 Written Episode Update: Anupama Saves Manohar While Khyati and Parag Clash and Gautam Ruins Kinjal's Life!

Today’s episode begins with a dance practice session, drawing the attention of local women. Anupama becomes visibly uneasy at the sound of the ghungroos, as memories resurface. She brushes it off and encourages the women to join in, but they hesitate, citing household responsibilities. Manoharji offers support as Anupama quietly wonders if her dream of dancing should fade now that her daughter is fulfilling it.

Elsewhere, during a dance face-off, Rahi injures herself. Prem urges her to stop, accusing Mahi of foul play. Rahi spirals emotionally, declaring she’s merely living in Anupama’s shadow. When Prem credits Anupama for her skills, Rahi snaps—saying Anupama might be gone physically, but her presence looms large. She says she wants to cut ties with that shadow and establish her own identity. Despite admissions not happening at the academy, Prem suspects there’s a hidden conspiracy.

Meanwhile, Bharti and Jaspreet discuss how the local women are still hesitant to step forward. Bharti expresses her desire to begin scriptwriting from home. Anupama supports her wholeheartedly. At the Shah house, a teary Kinjal arrives after losing her job. Toshu lashes out at her for failing to manage it. Just then, she receives a call from Manoharji, asking her to urgently come to his house as Tarun is forcing him to sign some papers. Anupama arrives with the police.
