Anupama 3rd July 2025 Written Episode Update: Rahi and Mahi's Dance Off, Whereas Anupama Plans a Move to Convince Ladies!

Today's episode opens with Anupama visiting Manoharji. She requests him to speak to the women about supporting dance, believing that his words could influence them. She admits she’s asking a lot but says it’s about someone’s life. Manoharji questions her empathy for strangers, to which Anupama replies that just as he treats his students like family, Bharti is like family to her.

Meanwhile, Prem visits Rahi’s dance class. The students get distracted by his presence and gush over how attractive he is. Rahi, feeling possessive, announces the class is over, calling him her husband. Prem teases her, but Rahi is frustrated—only two students have enrolled, and the dance competition is nearing. She suspects Khyati is sabotaging her by ignoring potential students and holding a grudge.

Manoharji initially refuses Anupama’s request. Jaspreet, disheartened, wonders aloud if things would be different if they were wealthy. She asks Anupama if she’s ever wished for a rich family. Anupama briefly remembers Anuj but shifts focus to their current struggles. Soon, the husbands of the women Anupama is teaching arrive, asking her to stop encouraging their wives. They argue that dancing is fine as a hobby but not for competitions. Anupama defends the women's right to pursue dance regardless of age and assures them family duties will not be compromised. Though Jaspreet feels low, Anupama motivates her to continue for Bharti’s sake.

Elsewhere, Kinjal is waiting for a rickshaw when Gautam arrives and tries to bribe her with a ₹5 lakh cheque to keep quiet. Kinjal confidently returns the cheque with ₹1 extra, stating her self-worth. Furious, Gautam vows retaliation.

Surprisingly, Manoharji arrives at the chawl to train the women. He realizes Anupama cleverly arranged practice in the open ground to inspire other women to join.

At Rahi’s dance class, she expresses her concern about the lack of students to Pari. Mahi arrives and taunts Rahi’s dancing skills. Pari stands up for Rahi and challenges Mahi to a dance-off. As they perform, Prem watches with concern—especially for Rahi. Mahi, jealous of his attention toward Rahi, throws her earring mid-dance, causing Rahi to get injured. Back at the Shah household, Leela is emotional, fearing Ansh will leave her. Ansh reassures her but asks for a promise in return, that she will try to understand his perspective.

Precap: A distressed Manoharji calls Anupama, revealing that his son is forcing him to sign papers. Anupama rushes to his house with the police and gets his son arrested. Stay tuned!
