Anupama 3rd April 2025 Written Episode Update: Police Arrests Prem! What is the truth?

Rahi and the whole family wait for Prem to come back home. Anupama makes Rahi eat food; she shouts at Anupama that she doesn't want to eat. She is scared for Prem and her. Anupama says she understands her anger and anxiety. Rahi is hopeful and eats the food.

Mohit scares her that he will call the hospital and check; Anupama scolds Mohit why he left Prem alone after this; he says he tried to stop him, but he denied, but now he is guilty of his action. Anupama gets a weird feeling from him; she gets suspicious of him.

While Hasmukh shows the video to Raghav and says he couldn't find Prem, Raghav says he knows a criminal when he sees one.

While Khayati is in Mohit's room, he warns him if something happens to Prem, it will not be good for him. She knows he is hiding something.

The next morning, Prem still is not back home; the family is distressed about his whereabouts. Parag goes to Vasundhara and asks her to come with him; they ask her to drink tea. Rahi wakes up; she calls out for Prem, and Anupama calms her. Prem is back; Mohit is shocked to see him.

Rahi hugs her, and the whole family is relieved that Prem is back; they all ask him questions about last night's events. Prem says he doesn't remember anything about last night. He is clueless. Parag asks him if he was drunk or had any intoxicating elements. He gets irritated as he can't remember anything. Rahi sees blood on his shirt; they all get shocked as to where it came from. Prem is equally confused.

Rahi takes him to the room and cleans him up; she changes his clothes and makes him wear new ones. Prem says he is scared; he doesn't even remember a single thing from last night, and it has never happened to him. Rahi asks him to remember yesterday's events. She further asks if someone had exchanged his drink. She tells him about what Mohit said. They try to connect the dots; Prem is anxious about the bloodstain on his shirt.

While Gautam says, What had Prem done? What if a police case gets filled on him?" both Vasundhara and Anupama show their trust in him.

Police come to their doorstep, along with a couple; Parag asks who they are, and they say because of their son, they have lost their son. Everyone is confused, Prem says, What are they talking about? He doesn't even know them." They ask if they have any proof; they say the video is the proof, where Prem was threatening to kill their son. They ask him to arrest Prem.

Parag says they know whose son he is; police request him to stay calm and let them do their work. Mohit intervenes; police say he was also in that video, so he will also have to come to the police station for questioning.

Police take Prem with them. Rahi faints. While Shah gets to know about Prem's news through the media. While Mahi shows her trust in Prem, Leela gets worried for Prem. While their neighbors come to taunt them about the recent happenings. She shouts at them, asking them to leave.

While Rahi is getting anxious as she says Prem can never do this, Anupama says that they will leave Prem once they have questioned him, and Parag and Anil will never let anything happen to Prem. She needs to be strong for Prem.

Anupama and Rahi get an idea to take Prem's blood-soaked shirt to the police station; Vasundhara stops them.
