Anupama 29th August 2025 Written Episode Update: Anupama Cherishes Anuj's Memories! Anupama's Team Member Gets Injured?

As the episode starts, Anupama drifts into Anuj's memories. There is a whole lot of dream sequence, where Anupama relives her and Anuj's memories on the auspicious day of Jamshatmi and Anuj's birthday. She lost in the memories recalls the events when she and Anuj were present and gets emotional when she sees Anuj taking steps towards her and confesses that she loves Anuj so much. Anupama comes to reality and says to Anuj that in the dance competition her wife and daughter will come face-to-face, and she is aware that Rahi will distance herself more, but she says she can't take a step back now and asks Anuj to handle everything.

While Leela blesses Anupama to win the competition, Khyati blesses Rahi to win at any cost. The next morning Anupama wakes up to Anuj's voice, and she is happy with Anuj's presence, and she shouts that she loves Anuj and is grateful for the fate's sign that makes her feel that Anuj is with her only. Whereas Rahi is fiercely practicing with the motive to beat Anupama and break her ego, and in the process she pushes her team so much that they feel exhausted. Her team complains to her about it, saying they need a break. Prem has bought everyone protein shakes, asking them to take a break.

Rahi tells everyone to drink and get back to practice. Pari loses her cool, saying not to make this competition an ego issue and to treat it just like a competition, not a way to beat Anupama, and Rahi's team leaves. Whereas Vasundhara has called a lawyer at home for Prarthana's baby, saying to prepare such a strong case that they get the baby's custody, Parag shouts that no case will be filed. He asks the lawyer to leave, but when Gautam intervenes, Parag shouts at him to shut up, but Gautam shamelessly continues, saying he can't see someone else showing right on his kid, saying he is the child's father. Parag says he is Prarthana's father. When Gautam mentions Anupama's influence, he shouts at him more and loses his cool when Gautam warns him. Parag warns Gautam not to threaten him for her daughter. Parag says he made a mistake letting her daughter leave this house; he says Gautam deserved to leave.

Gautam does the drama, saying to throw him out and saying to return his investment money and he will leave, while Vasundhara comes to Gautam's defense, saying Prarthana's kid will come to Kothari's and she will see who stops her. While Anupama is practicing with her team, one of the team members looks distracted. Anupama goes to talk to her, and she shares her family problem, saying she is newly married and her mother-in-law is having a problem with her staying away for so long, saying Mangala Gauri's pooja is coming and it is considered important, but she says she can do another year.

Precap: Anupama arranges the Mangala Gauri celebration where Rahi and others also arrive. Rahi tells Anupama to not show her face further in the competition, and in between, Anu's team member gets injured, and they all get worried for the upcoming performance.
