Anupama 26th July 2025 Written Episode Update: Parah Goes to Meet Anupama? Prem and Rahi's Misunderstanding Increases!

The last we saw, Rahi was deciding to back off, but both Vasundhara and Khyati took it on their reputation, saying she can't let Anupama win, and if she wants everyone to live happily and peacefully, Khyati says if she wants her to be happy, then she will have to win this competition for them. While Rahi gets stressed out with all the pressure, saying, What if she doesn't win?

While Anupama and her team are all geared up and practicing extra hard for the finals, Rahi, along with her team, is doing her best. Anupama and Rahi see a newspaper with both teams pictures; that leaves Anupama empty but fuels Rahi's drive. While Vasundhara and Khyati are trying their best to get public support for Rahi, be it press or social media.

Vasundhara has called the press; how does Rahi feel about competing with her own mother? Rahi bluntly replies she is not afraid, and Anupama is asked a similar question, to which Anupama replies that her competition is with other teams, and she is proud to see her daughter's team in the finals. While at night Anupama finally sits down, Bharti asks if she doesn't feel bad seeing Rahi's interviews. Anupama says she does, and more is that Rahi has made this competition a war, and Rahi is so stubborn that she will do anything she has set her eyes on. Anupama says their competition is not going to be easy, but they are not less than them.

While Khyati is talking to social media influencers about supporting and posting for Rahi's team, Mahi says Rahi is scared. Khyati says that's why she is putting in more effort. Mahi suggests that she can also participate, saying once she even bet Rahi, saying she is a better performer than Rahi, and when Anupama sees her three daughters performing together, Anupama will break down. Mahi says she is doing all this for family, not fame, and their chances of winning. Mahi puts an idea in Khyati's head. Khyati says she will talk to organizers. Khyati asks for a promise to beat Anupama.

Mahi's plan works; she says she will take Aryan's revenge, and even if the team loses, it is a win-win, as Prem and Rahi's misunderstanding will increase. While Ansh and Prarthana are excited to meet Anupama, saying he will tell her about them as well, Prarthana gets worried, saying, What if his family disapproves of their relationship? Ansh says Leela is stubborn, but eventually she will understand. She says she wants Anupama to name their child. Ansh is happy to hear.

Prarthana suddenly feels dizzy. Prarthana asks if Gautam wants this child then. Rahi is recalling everything—the interviews, the pressure to win, and beating Anupama. Rahi suddenly falls. Prem says if they pressurize her, then this will only happen. He asks them to let the competition be and not to turn it into a war. He asks them to think about Rahi, but Rahi misunderstands this, saying not to show fake sympathy and saying at least they are supporting her, and says to leave her alone.

Rahi locks herself in, but Parag persuades her to open it. She lets only Parag in, while Mahi decides to use this as an advantage, but Pari is there to keep Mahi on track, while Prem says, What can he do to make Rahi believe that she is special to him? Pari says Rahi is hurt, and she will eventually understand. While Rahi talks to Parag, saying if she loses, everyone will blame her and laugh at her, and the relationship will get worse, he says everyone has so much hope for her, and what if she doesn't control her anger seeing Anupama then?

Parag says there are equal winning chances, and she should aim at winning and should not give up. Parag says she is the best, and if she gives her best, then she will win. While Parag dresses up to meet someone, he calls Anupama, saying he is coming to Mumbai to meet her. While Rahi keeps blaming her fate and Anupama for turning her happiness to trauma, saying no one cares about her dance, all they care about is winning, and now Mahi also needs to participate, Pari says to focus on dance—that's it. While Prem comes there, Rahi arrogantly asks him to leave.

While Parag has come to chawl in his big car, everyone is shocked to see such an expensive car; the team recognizes Parag, saying it is Anupama's in-law. While at home, Vasundhara addresses how much they are pressuring Rahi, as if she is going to fight a battle. Khyati justifies it. Vasundhara says the family relation is suffering; everything was going good, but this dance has ruined everything. Khyati says they can't back off now. Vasundhara says peace is a priority, and Rahi was making a good decision backing off. She asks Khyati to understand, but Khyati refuses.
