Anupama 25th July 2025 Written Episode Update: What Storm Anupama and Rahi's Dance Battle Will Bring?

The last we saw, the ladies refused to trust Anupama, but she requested the ladies to not let go of the opportunity because of her. She said this is their chance to redeem themselves and prove everyone wrong who is calling them losers, and they can get Bharti's operation done, but Jaspreet throws the paper on the floor, saying they won't. While Anupama prays to God to give her strength to get back the team again, she sees the only way to bring it about and lights a fire on her palm, saying till everyone forgives her, she will keep doing it. Jaspreet calls it a drama and says she is getting late for the office and leaves.

While Jaspreet gets ready and sees Anupama is still there, she passes by. Soon the hours pass by, and Anupamaa is still there when Jaspreet gets back from work. Sarita advises Jaspreet not to be so heartless and to think about her once, as Anupama hasn't eaten since morning, and to forgive her. Bharti finally tells Anupama that they are with her and will participate in finals, and they might have overreacted, blaming her. Anupam says she deserved it but promises that she will put in her 100% to make the team not just for their dreams but for their self-respect. Dance Rani has a change of heart, and Jaspreet still hasn't forgiven her, but Jaspreet comes running and hugs her, saying everything will be fine now.

While the lawyer says to Gautam that as he was absent from the hearing and based on the proof provided by Prarthana to the judge, he has granted Prarthana a divorce. Gautam gets angry, saying he won't let Prarthana live a peaceful life with Ansh. While Ansh confesses his love to Prarthana and promises her a happy life. While Gautam starts with drama as he starts to cry loudly, he informs the family that Prarthana has given the divorce. Vasundhara gets worried about what society will think.

Rahi says, which means Gautam will have to leave this house. Vasundhara says Gautam is like a son, and he will stay as long as he wants. While Anupama, along with the other dancers, gives an interview, she looks happy when she says they will give their best to win. While Rahi sees this news, Mahi adds fuel that Anupama still is competing knowing Rahi is in the finals, and Vasundhara adds that Anupama has no guilt as she is laughing and will take revenge in the finals. The whole Kothari family is against Anupama.

While Prem insists Rahi focus on her performance, and while Prem says it might be Anupama's good deeds that she is in the finals, Rahi loses her cool and says to take her side once. Rahi asks Prem to choose one team, and if he can't decide, she says she doesn't want to get more trouble, and she is backing out from the competition and will not participate, and this way Anupama will win, and she will repay her debt.

While Jaspreet gets to know that Anupama was living with Manoharji, she feels guilty, saying they did bad to her, and apologizes to her. Manoharji and the Chwal ladies fight that Anupama will stay with her, and Manoharji gives up, while Anupama is fighting an internal battle and recalls her trauma and taunts but decides to focus on the present, getting determined.

While at Shah's, Toshu is laughing hysterically, saying war is about to happen. He tells about Dance Rani's wild card entry; half of the family is happy, and the rest are disappointed. While Toshu is delighted for this battle, Leela says some other mother would have given up, but she did not, while Hasmukh says some other daughter might have given up too. Leela says she won't come to her house. Hasmukh says this is the home they have because of Anupama. Ansh says he will go to meet her.

While Anupama is practicing to keep her focus on her goal, saying they should not get affected by external things and should focus on performance just like the arrows she is throwing at the dartboard. Sarita gets upset, saying she won't be able to be part of Dance Rani's. Anupama says this team is not just for this competition but many, saying she can perform in some other, and backstage also needs to be handled. Anupama offers her help.

Precap: Anupama and the whole team will go to Ahmedabad, only to come across Rahi and the Kotharis in the temple. Rahi's anger will resurface, but Anupama will calmly handle it. What will happen now? Stay tuned to know!
