Anupama 21st June 2025 Written Episode Update: Anupama Inspires Strength While Rahi Faces Her Own Battles

The episode begins with Anupama travelling by local train, smiling as she shows Rahi’s photo to a girl she once helped. As she gets off at her stop, she helps an elderly man who fell while boarding the train. He explains he was trying to deliver lunch boxes. Meanwhile, at the Shah house, Prarthana and Hasmukh return from their morning walk. Ansh reminds Prarthana to get ready for her sonography. Leela taunts Prarthana, telling her not to take Ansh along, hinting at her longing for her own family on this special day.

Elsewhere, Rahi is troubled by Vasundhara’s taunts about balancing dancing with household responsibilities. Anupama arrives at Manoharji’s house breathless and explains her delay. He appreciates her kindness and gifts her a potted plant, admiring her values. Anupama is touched and happy to work for him.

While out shopping, Rahi stumbles with heavy bags. Ansh catches her and questions her for staying away and not calling home. When he offers help, she refuses. Ansh remarks she’s becoming like Anupama, and Rahi sharply responds that he might as well insult her outright.

Back with Manoharji, as his children call him and he ends the call, he curiously asks Anupama how many children she has. She avoids the question, offering him fruit instead, and silently prays for her children’s well-being.

Meanwhile, Toshu is gambling again, bragging about his "lucky day" and how his wealthy son-in-law finances him. He’s persuaded to become a business partner and agrees to ask Raja for investment.

Later, Manoharji scolds his dance students and jokingly tells Anupama to try the steps. As she dances gracefully, he’s stunned by her talent. But when he asks about her background in dance, Anupama becomes anxious and walks away, saying she doesn’t want to dance.

Rahi confides in Parag about struggling to juggle the dance academy and household duties. He reassures her, saying he and Prem will support her. Their light-hearted moment is interrupted by Vasundhara, who coldly tells Rahi to focus on dance and leave housework to others, implying she doesn’t want future blame.

At the salon, Pakhi secretly steals expensive products and tells Ishani that marrying Raja would’ve made life easier. She urges Ishani to meet a rich client’s son, trying to emotionally convince her.

Back home, Anupama finds Bharti’s abusive ex-husband trying to win her back. When Bharti resists, he becomes aggressive. Anupama, reminded of her own past trauma, calls the neighbours for help. Together, they stand up to him and force him to leave.

Precap: Bharti’s ex-husband returns with threats. Anupama rallies the neighborhood again to protect her. She shares her own painful story to give Bharti strength and inspire her to fight back.
