Anupama 21st July 2025 Written Episode Update: Prem Faces Family's Wrath! Anupama Loses the Competition?

The episode starts in stress as Anupama's presence has been seen by Rahi and the whole Kothari family. Khyati leaves the spot and blames everything on Rahi, saying if she didn't come here, they wouldn't have to see Anupama's face. While Anupama runs as well, Bharti and Jaspreet are worried about whether Anupama will be able to perform or not.

Prem is questioned; he says he knew it before. Rahi is shocked, saying he has betrayed her, saying he knew she didn't want to see Anupama's face, and still he did this to her. She says she was finally happy after a long time, but now that woman has ruined everything. Rahi asks, Who is the reason? She asks, why was she wearing the costume? Prem says Anupama is also participating in the competition. Parag's anger also takes over, and the whole family questions him. He tells them how he accidentally met Anupama, just like Rahi did. Khyati tries to talk, but Prem says he wants to tell the truth.

He says how Rahi asked Anupama to stay away and broke every relation; they didn't even exchange numbers, but then he met Anupama, and he couldn't stay angry at her, saying he had called her mother and how long he could stay away from such a relation. He says he didn't know she was in the semifinals, and he didn't want any of them to back out, so he didn't tell anyone. Rahi says he knows how much she hates her, and she is the reason Aryan is not with them.

Rahi doubts Prem's loyalty, and Prem also counters with how she also hid the truth from him. When Prem urges the family to forget about the past, Khyati slaps Prem, saying Anupama had killed Aryan and he is taking her side. Rahi blames Anupama for all this. Prem still defends Anupama, asking, What did she do wrong this time? But nobody is ready to listen, and he thinks, What have I done?.

Whereas Anupama, on the other hand, removes all her jewelry and breaks down, Hasmukh comes to comfort her; seeing him, she breaks down. Bharti goes to meet Anupama, asking her to calm down. Anupama says, How could she not know Rahi is in the same competition? Otherwise she would have never participated. Hasmukh asks her not to blame herself, and Anupama says she was running away from this, and now there she is. She thinks about how Rahi wants to fulfill her dream, and who is standing in between? Her mother! She questions which mother does this. Bharti asks her to come as their turn is about to come. Anupama says she can't do it and keeps on crying. Hasmukh motivates her, and Bharti reminds her how much they have fought to be here and to think about them once, and the people who are getting inspired by them, and what about Bharti's surgery? What will Anupama Rahi think? And what will Anuj think? They tell them to talk to Rahi.

While Anupama's team, unaware of this, waits for Anupama's return, seeing Jaspeert worried, they ask her about the matter. While Kothari blames Anupama for doing all this intentionally, Kinjal and Pari take Anupama's side. Rahi says she doesn't want to face Anupama, neither in conception nor in life. Anupama comes there.

Precap: Anupama goes blank mid-performance, making them lose the competition, whereas Rahi's team is in the finals, while people question that a mother intentionally made her daughter win, while Rahi in her speech says she is more happy that she beat Anupama.
