Anupama 20th June 2025 Written Episode Update: Anupama is Finally at Ease!

We see that Parag is helping Rahi to fulfill her dreams, and Rahi also reminds him that business is his life and he needs to step into that world again. Whereas Anupama gets to know that Parag is helping Rahi set up her dance academy, Anupama gets emotional and extremely happy that Rahi is fulfilling her dream, and just because her husband and family are supporting her.

While Mahi keeps on calling Prem, Vasundhara taunts Mahi when Raja comments she looks stressed, saying that one needs to visit the kitchen often; otherwise, this will happen. The topic shifts to Raja when Vasundhara tells him to go to the office. Raja says, What's the need? Prem and Anil are handling the business. Meeta intervenes, saying one day he will have to work, or will he keep traveling? Meeta gets irritated when Vasundhara tells Raja to learn from Prem; she thinks that he will become just like Anil. Gautam uses Meeta's vulnerability and says history is repeating, and soon Prem and Rahi will take over the business. Meeta imagines the scenario and gets worried.

While Ansh is leaving for work, Prarthana insists she can make breakfast for him. They both cook together, and Leena sees this and gets angry. While Anupama refuses to share her life with Prem, saying she won't return back to her old life, she does pooja and prays to God to take care of Rahi and keep Prem and Rahi happy, whereas Rahi is praying for her family to get enough strength to move on from Aryan's loss and to keep Anupama away. Anupama gives it to Prem Prasad and asks him to give it to Rahi as well.

Prem is back, and he mentions how he had amazing food just like how Anupama used to cook. Rahi's mood changes, and she sternly says not to mention some people's names. He gives Rahi the prasad that Anupama gave, and he makes a video of her eating and sends it to Anupama; she gets a smile on her face. Bharti is happy to see Anupama smiling, whereas Jaspreet outside is making everyone do yoga as she is celebrating yoga day. Jaspreet has charged 200 from each. Listening to this, Anupama gets amused, and Sarita hurts herself in the process. Anupama helps her, and she thanks her. Anupama finally is at ease after years.

Whereas in the morning Prem surprises Rahi with breakfast in bed, Prem advises her to get up, but Rahi gets anxious about work. Rahi asks the reason for Prem's happiness; he says he met someone special in Mumbai, someone who wants to meet her as well. Rahi gets irritated, and Prem starts to laugh. Rahi finds Prem's behavior a bit strange; he thinks that he is happy because he met Anupama, he sends Anupama pictures of him and Rahi, and he thinks one day Rahi will also have to forgive Anupama.

While Rahi got late in preparing bhog, Vasundhara scolds Rahi, but Parag comes to her defense, and Prem asks why Rahi has to work alone. There are other people, and if everyone works, no one in particular will feel pressure. Meeta quickly says her business is new; she will look at that house. Mahi says she also works in an office. Prem says Rahi will also manage. Khyati jumps in, saying she also left her career behind. Parag says things were different, but now he doesn't want to repeat his mistake. Parag and Khyati start to fight; Rahi intervenes and asks them not to fight for her; she will manage both.

As Anupama will be leaving for work, Sarita will come to give the amount to Anupama for helping her in the morning. Bharti notices Sarita's changed behavior, and they think about who the person might be who bet Sarita's husband.

Precap: Bharti's ex-husband will come to threaten her and take her. Anupama will bring the whole neighborhood and scare him away, as Bharti was in doubt about what to do. Anupama will give her strength and will share her past on how she also got cheated but fought back.
