Anupama 14th July 2025 Written Episode Update: Anupama and Team Qualify for Another Round! Will Anupama and Rahi Cross Path Again?

The episode starts with judges bluntly bashing the dance. Rani, one of the judges, says that their performance was a curse, and it is a no from their end, and another one says their performance was weak, but their performance was entertaining, and another judge joins. They both say yes to their performance, and they qualify for the next round! The whole team is relieved. Anupama thanks them and says they will work on the feedback and will give their best.

The judge who rejected them says that they need energy and stamina to fight with top competitors. She asks if they will be able to fight. Anupama says they know how to fight back, and now they have a purpose to fulfill their dream, and adds an emotional angle that they are dancing on parents demand and husband's demand, and so they will manage this as well.

While one of the judges asks Anupama if she was the one running Malti Devi's gurukul. Anupama is reminded of her past; in a moment of shock, she doesn't say anything. The judges wish them all the best again. While at Shah's house, Prarthan regains consciousness and asks if her child is okay. Leela assures her that everything is fine. Prarthana is scared about the newborn, saying if she unintentionally hurts her, Leela is there to handle her. She makes her eat medicine and sings her a lullaby, and Prarthana falls asleep. Hasmukh gets touched by Leela's motherly instinct and asks if she doesn't like Prarthana because she is Kothari's daughter. Leela asks him to drop the matter; he says Prarthana is a great girl and hints towards her and Ansh, but Leela doesn't let him complete, saying Ansh is a great guy and she will find another match for him and get him married.

While Anupama and the team are back in chawl, they are greeted warmly. There is an environment of celebration. Anupama reminds them that it was just the first round, and now they need to get back to routine, as they need to give their best. Anupama reminds them that after finishing work, they will rest, as it is also necessary.

While Anupama, Jaspreet, and Bharti are at home, Jaspreet gets angry at Anupama, asking what else she has hidden. Anupama says it was her past and it is behind her, and she has forgotten it. Jaspreet says the past comes back. Anupama says it should not happen, and even if it happens, it should not be discussed. Jaspreet says if she doesn't want to tell anything, then do not tell, but why didn't she tell them she was a dancer? Jaspreet questions why she left the dancing. Bharti asks her to drop the matter.

Prem calls Anupama to ask for the first round. Anupama informs him that they have reached the next round. She expresses that in the next round, they don't know whom they will fight with. She asks him to pray for their win. Prem is anxious but says he will pray that everything goes great. While the next day, the ladies gather for practice, the media person comes down to Chwal for an interview. Anupama silently steps back from the limelight, and the other ladies are interviewed. When they go on to ask Anupama, she hides her face. Bharti insists on turning off the camera, as Anupama is not comfortable. They do and ask why Anupama thought that these ladies at this age can also perform. Anupama replies that art has no bar; hard work is everything. While the ladies feel proud for the respect they are getting. Jaspreet will express how she considered living with Anupama a mistake, and now they can't thank her enough. Other ladies also praise Anupama.

Precap: Rahi will call Manoharji asking if she can come down to learn dance from him; he will agree; Rahi will come to his house; Rahi will perform; Manoharji will ask her to wait, saying another student is about to come. He is referring to Anupama, but as Rahi and Pari will be getting late, they will leave. Anupama will just reach in time. Manoharji will inform them that Rahi has forgotten her bag, and Anupama will go behind to hand it over. Will she and Rahi meet again?
