Anupama 12th June 2025 Written Episode Update: Prarthana Learns She's Pregnant; Rahi Struggles with Her Emotions While Anupama is Forever in Guilt

The episode opens with Rahi insisting she wants to return home, as Mumbai only reminds her of painful memories. Meanwhile, back in Ahmedabad, Prarthana is at home when Leela questions her about the doctor’s visit. Before she can respond, Kinjal jumps in, covering for her, saying it was just acidity.

Elsewhere, Anupama prays to God, seeking blessings and protection for her loved ones. Prem, worried for Rahi, reflects on what might have happened during his call with her. Did she get in touch with family? The tension lingers. While traveling by local train, Anupama encounters a mentally disturbed woman. The encounter triggers her anxiety as she imagines Khyati screaming at her, accusing her of killing her son. The trauma comes rushing back.

Back at home, Prarthana receives a message from her doctor confirming that she is pregnant. Shocked and overwhelmed, she breaks down in front of Ansh, fearing her family will emotionally blackmail her into returning. She pleads with Ansh not to tell anyone yet. Calmly, Ansh reassures her, asking her not to stress—it’s not good for the baby.

Later, Anupama speaks to Anuj’s photo, her voice trembling with emotion. She shares how happy she was to see Rahi today and expresses gratitude that Prem still stands by her. She’s confident that no matter what, Prem will never leave her and will always love her.

At home, Bharti sternly questions why Anupama didn’t go out. When she sees Anupama visibly emotional, she tells her to calm down. Though curious, Bharti doesn’t press for answers and lets it go when Anupama says she’s simply happy today.

Prem then receives a call from Parag asking if they met with Pandit Manhorji. Prem explains that Rahi was unwell, so they’re returning home. Parag informs him that Manhorji is coming to Ahmedabad, and Rahi can meet him there. This news brings a glimmer of hope to Prem.

Meanwhile, Jasleen and Bharti discuss an upcoming fast meant for married women. Jasleen scoffs at it, calling it outdated superstition. Anupama overhears their conversation and is transported back to memories of her past with Anuj.

Later, a neighbor asks Anupama to help her drape a saree. Anupama obliges, while internally thinking of her daughters—Rahi and Mahi—blaming her for their ruined lives. Meanwhile, Rahi and Prem share a romantic moment, but Rahi’s joy is clouded by guilt. She worries about Mahi and how she’ll face her. She blames her fear and guilt on Anupama’s presence. At the same time, Anupama prays for the happiness of her children, including Mahi.

When Pari questions Rahi’s sudden return from Mumbai, Rahi quietly reveals that it was because of Mahi. She admits her anger at Anupama came from that concern, though outwardly she still denies having any sympathy for her mother.

At the Shah house, the atmosphere is light as the family jokes around. Prarthana steps out, and Leela makes a sarcastic remark when she says she’ll work from home and cook too. Gautam later learns about Prarthana’s pregnancy. His reaction is unsettling—he says if the child is his, it’s good news, but if it’s not, it’s bad news. Despite the tension, Prarthana firmly decides to keep the baby. Ansh warns her that she won’t be able to keep it a secret from Leela for long.

As Anupama helps the neighborhood women get ready, one of them tells her, “Your children must be so happy wherever they are.” Her words sting. Anupama is reminded of Rahi and Mahi, both screaming that she ruined their lives. Their accusations echo in her mind.
