Ahaan Panday reportedly set to be cast in Ali Abbas Zafar's next 

Actor Ahaan Panday rose to fame and popularity with his recent released film Saiyaara. Ahaan Panday plays the character Krish Kapoor in the film Saiyaara. Krish Kapoor is an egoistic, short-tempered, and conflicted musician who is searching for a big break. His love story with Vaani Batra- a writer and ambitious journalist is central to the plot, as their relationship develops through music and navigates various challenges.

After the debut fans are speculating about Ahaan's next biggie in the film world. Speculations are doing the rounds as many directors and producers have approached the debut actor after his stunning performance in the film as Krish.

In a recent development as per sources the Yash Raj Films has decided again to cast their debutant actor for an action romance. The film will be directed by none other than Sultan fame director Ali Abbas Zafar. 

As per sources Ali has won over the audiences with films like Sultan and the actioner blockbuster Tiger Zinda Hai. The director has made the storytelling interesting in his previous films due to his iconic action drama genre and has decided to go back to his roots due to which he got all the love and appreciation from the fans and industry insiders. 

Reportedly, Aditya Chopra had recommended Ahaan's name to Ali and think that Ahaan's underexposure is actually his biggest advantage. Ali was blown over by the actor's ability to portray emotional scenes effortlessly. He liked the newness of the actor and his on screen persona.

Aditya and Ali is set to showcase Ahaan in a totally different light diffrent from Saiyaara. The film will be filled with heavyweight emotions and intense action sequences which will be a first for the actor. The script of the film is ready and is set to go on floors early next year. 

Talking about Ali and Yash Raj Films collaboration, Ali began his career in Bollywood as an assistant director under Yash Raj Films banner. He worked as an assistant on Jhoom Barabar Jhoom (2007), Tashan (2008), New York (2009) and Badmaash Company (2010).

Yash Raj Films launched Ali as the director for the film Mere Brother Ki Dulhan. The film starred Katrina Kaif and Imran Khan in the lead roles After which he went on to direct his first mega actioner Gunday starring Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Irrfan Khan, Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor in pivotal roles. 

Ali gave his first blockbuster with Sultan at the box-office with Salman Khan and Anushka Sharma. And he later helmed the direction of  Tiger Zinda Hai the sequel to the 2012 released Ek Tha Tiger for the illustrious banner.
