Precap: Padma asked Anjali to not go at the Rajput house to ruin Aarti's engagement. 

The Wednesday episode of Aarti Anjali Awasthi started off with Padma asking Anjali not to listen to Kali and spoil her daughter Aarti's marriage. Anjali told her not to stop her from calling her back. 

Anjali left with ACP Purohit to stop Aarti's engagement and to find Aman's killer with driver Ravi's help. Padma called Ganesh and informed him that Anjali has left as a lawyer to stop Aarti's engagement. 

At the Rajput house Sadhika welcomed the guest and wished them Happy Diwali and informed them about Aarti and Ved's engagement. She welcomed Bed's family as the special guest of the evening. 

Sadhika asked Ved to make Aarti wear the engagement ring. As Ved was about to wear Aarti the ring Anjali came and stopped them and said this engagement cannot happen.  Everyone was shocked to hear her words. 

Raghav was about to stop her but Sadhika stopped him back and said Anjali is Aarti's mother and as a mother how can she miss her daughter's engagement. She welcomed her into the party. 

Anjali told her she hasn't come as a mother but as a lawyer. She told Raghav that Ved's case is going on in the court and due to which it hasn't proved that Ved is unmarried. 

Ganesh came up to Anjali and asked her to leave. Anjali told she will not go. She said Aarti is my daughter and she won't let anyone do  anything illegal. Ganesh told her she is not her mother. 

Ganesh told Anjali I have brought Aarti up. You just gave birth to Aarti and was in coma. I used to make her eat, drink, sleep and go with her to the school etc. Ganesh told her I am Aarti's mother, father and grand father. 

Anjali told her I will not go without finding Aman's killer. Ganesh told Anjali if she will not to today she will see his death face. Anjali told her back no promise or fear can stop her today. 

Yuvraj asked Mehek to send Anjali back. Mehek told Anjali to leave the party and if she wants to stay come as Rajput family's sister-in-law. Yuvraj's sister asked Anjali you only love yourself as a lawyer and doesn't care about any of you relations even after losing your husband. 

Aarti came up to her and said you listened and believed at Kali's words instead of your daughter and came to stop your own daughter's engagement. ACP Purohit said this engagement cannot take place as it's against the law. 

ACP Purohit told everyone that if this engagement takes place then he will have to arrest Ved and Aarti. Upon hearing that Aarti asked Anjali what have you done for me as my mother?
