The courtroom drama continues as the hearing begins. Teerth says that even after multiple times asking about the truth, Suman never admitted the truth.
The judge blames both that how they are handling the situation will affect Rishi's mental health.
The opposition lawyer blames Suman for planning to kill Rishi. He even gives the proof to the court. It is the proof that Suman tried to abort Rishi. Suman admitted that she did, but she had her reasons.
The judge understands and takes sides as to why women sometimes don't have options.
Suman also says that she can blame Teerth for murdering Rishi, as he was the last who entered the room, and she has proof. But she won't blame him, as he won't ever do it. Someone has conspired to kill Rishi, but it was not Teerth; it was Deevika Mittal.
Now the allegations are against Deevika for murdering Rishi. She even mentions a road accident conspiracy.
The opposition lawyer tries to change the topic; the judge overrules him. Bhumi calls Gulashan as a witness, but he fails to be present over there.
But it turns out that Bhumi has a recording of Gulshan's confession. It baffles Deevika that it can be a fake confession for money.
She asks for proof of the payment statements to Gulashan from Deevika's account.
Which Bhumi presents to the court. The judge says that a criminal case will be filed against Deevika Mittal; she orders the arrest of Deevika.
Suman proves that Teerth and Teerth's family are not capable of taking care of Rishi.
There is no conclusion yet as the court is adjourned. Teerth realizes that he has made a huge mistake by not trusting Suman; he apologizes to her, but now it is too late. He admits that he had made a wrong decision and wants to withdraw the case and appeal for joint custody. Suman denies. She is not ready now. She will continue with this case and will Rishi's custody.
Teerth is broken but decides to fight. Police arrest Deevika.
