As Suman leaves to follow the tough devotion, Vikrama asks to go with her to support her. Suman says to him to stay with Rishi as she trusts him the most here.
Devika thinks of ways to stop Suman. Suman prays to God for Rishi's well-being. Rishi's condition is still critical. The Kalash arrives, and it is heavy to carry, but Suman, for Rishi's well-being, keeps it on her head and starts her barefoot journey to the temple. She struggles because it is very heavy, and her foot starts to bleed because of the stone on the way. Teerth arrives there and keeps his hand under Suman's feet.
Meanwhile, Devika can't stand seeing both of them together; she vows that she will make sure that Rishi won't survive. Devika hires Gulshan to create trouble for Suman and Teerth by driving a car on them and killing them in road accident. Glushan denies, but Devika warns him to do it.
Suman and Teerth, with full devotion and focus, are on the way towards the temple. Teerth's family recalls how they behaved with Suman in the past and feels guilty about that, and they even welcome Suman's family with respect as they stand together to save Rishi.
Devika is scared of her downfall and looks for ways to enter Rishi's room to kill him. Devika tries to again provoke Vikaram on that Suman and Teerth are yet again together; she puts the idea in his mind that if he wants Suman, then he should be there with her, not here in the hospital. Reva comes in between and asks Vikaram to not hurt her mother. Sensing Reva's strange behavior, Devika, when alone, asks Reva if everything is good and if she can tell her why she is afraid of Vikram. As Reva was about to tell Devika the whole matter, Devika interrupted her and asked her to tell her later. Vikarama gets concerned that he needs to do something; otherwise, Reva will tell the truth.
Bhumi and Akhil again have a verbal disagreement where Bhumi rudely asks Akhil to stay away from her. Devika, with the help of a nurse, sends Bhumi away.
Precap: While Gulshan continues with the plan to kill Suman and Teerth, Devika plans to enter Rishi's room and harm him.
