Mangal Lakshmi 2nd June 2025 Written Episode Update: Mangal Saves Kusum and Jia Pushes Lakshmi Off a Cliff!

In today's episode of Mangal Lakshmi, we will see Mangal asking Kapil if he is hiding something from her. Kapil covers up, saying his mother was asking if Mangal knew any place that she knows where she can make a donation. Kapil controls her mother as she was about to say the truth, saying, Today is a special day where wives keep fast for their husbands." Mangal recalls her first fast; she gets nostalgic, and she says she will do pooja on her behalf and do donations as well. Mangal takes a leave.

Mangal reaches the temple, and Saumya is there as well. She has not kept the fast, but she is just doing drama to show Aditi. She sees Mangal there and is shocked, while Mangal arranges for a donation. While Saumya writes Kusum's name in the underprivileged pooja thali list, she plans to humiliate her in front of all. Whereas Mangal is reminded how Adit had cheated on her with Saumya. While Kusum is called by the organization asking her to come to the temple, Kusum agrees to go with Pooja.

While Saumya is eating something, she gets flustered when she receives Adit's call. She fakes that she has not eaten something. Adit finds it a cute gesture. Saumya demands a gift and asks Adit to reach the temple by 5 PM. Saumya again mentions the expensive gift. She is planning to show Adit the drama that she has planned with regard to Kusum and Mangal. Adit is reminded of when Mangal kept fast for him and how she didn't demand any gift.

When Kusum reaches the temple, she is insulted by other women saying a widow shouldn't attend this pooja, and they push her. While Kusum says she was invited, that's why she came, people started to insult her and misbehave with her. Adit and Saumya have also arrived; they see how the ladies have pushed Kusum as he was about to run, and to save her, a car comes, but Mangal arrives on time. Kusum faints. She says she didn't want to come, but she was invited; that's why she came. Mangal couldn't hold back and taught them why they were saying such things at such a holy place. Mangal takes a stand for Kusum.

While Jia has pushed Lakshmi in a pit, Lakshmi's condition is not good. Jia receives a call asking her to come back home as the doctor is coming for a checkup. Jia closes the lid and leaves Lakshmi to die. While Kartik is feeling uneasy, he thinks that Lakshmi is in big trouble. He prays to God to make him reach Lakshmi. While Lakshmi is struggling to keep consciousness.

Whereas Gayatri at home is convincing everyone to postpone today's checkup of Jia, they say Kartik won't like it. While Lakshmi has escaped from that pit and asks Kartik to meet her, the phone she was talking from gets switched off, and she wonders if Kartik has heard her or not. While Jia is not in her room, after checking a lot, they find her.

While Gayatri expresses how she was scared that their truth will come out, Jia tells her she will never let this happen, and by now Lakshmi must be dead, as they were talking. Gayatri receives Kartik's call saying Lakshmi called him and looked worried, so he is going to Sunset Point to meet her. Jia couldn't believe her ears, whereas Gayatri freaks out, saying Lakshmi must have some proof.

Lakshmi is at the location waiting for Kartik's arrival, and on the way Kartik's car had a minor accident where they are stopped by another car owner who starts to create a scene. It is Jia's plan to get Kartik stuck. While Lakshmi prays for Kartik's arrival, an unknown person in a mask arrives, and in the process of the fight, Lakshmi prods the pen drive. The person crushes it, and Lakshmi says this is the same person who had earlier locked her in. She tries to see her face; it is Saumya, and she has dressed as Gayatri. Saumya's plan is to kill Lakshmi and frame Gayatri for this. Jia pushes Lakshmi off the cliff, whereas Kartik reaches the location.

Precap: Lakshmi will be missing. Kartik will lose his trust in the police and will decide to take matters into his own hands, while Mangal, with proof, will reveal it was Sumaya who had written Kusum's name in that list.
