Mangal Lakshmi 16th June 2025 Written Episode Update: Saumya's Truth in Danger? While Lakshmi Learns About Engagement!

Today's episode starts with Mangal feeling guilty about Sudesh's burnt hand, thinking, "How could she have made such a mistake?" While Akshat comes running, demanding to eat outside food, Sudesh shows his involvement, saying "Ladoo." They all get happy, and Kusum praises Mangal for tackling everything so nicely, and soon Sudesh's health will be fine.

Whereas Saumya is thinking of tampering with Sudesh's medicine, but with Mangal's presence she is finding it difficult, everyone sits down to have dinner that Mangal has cooked, and at the same time the ironed clothes come. Kusum asks Mangal to check once, but when Sudesh sees a particular suit, he shouts. Saumya realizes that it is the same suit that she wore that day, and she gets worried thinking she will have to do something soon.

While the whole family gets worried for Sudesh and takes him inside, Saumya at night sneaks out with a covered face and an injection in hand. As she was about to give it to Sudesh, Mangal comes in to check on Sudesh. Saumya curses herself for Mangal's timing, but once Mangal leaves, Saumya makes another attempt, and this time Sudesh holds her hand and sees the tattoo, and he recognizes it as the same hand that pushed him downhill. But in the process, Sudesh falls, and the whole family gathers, listening to the voice, but Mangal gets suspicious of Saumya's behavior.

The next morning starts normally until Sudesh draws a rough sketch of the tattoo he saw last night. When Mangal sees this, she notices that Sudesh is repeatedly drawing this. She thinks he is trying to hint at something, but what is it? As Saumya was about to see it, Mangal takes the picture from her hand. Mangal suggests getting the police involved in this, and Saumya gets worried thinking her game will be over. To stop her, Saumya had sprinkled powder on the floor, making Mangal slip. Saumya asks for paper, saying she can go. Mangal denies it, while Adit gets irritated with Mangal and carries her inside. Saumya's face loses all color as she is so shocked.

Whereas Lakshmi is searching for Jiya's engagement news, but it is showing no result, Jia comes across the same lawyer who made her go to jail. He warns her, "How come you are in my house?" saying he will file a trespassing case. Jia says she is talking about Lakshmi, who is with her, and people are thinking that she is dead. Jia asks the reason why he hasn't told this to Kartik. It turns out that Lakshmi's face matches with Raguveer's late wife, and now his daughter, who is ill, thinks that Lakshmi is her mother. Jia offers that if Lakshmi stays out of Kartik's life, she will not interfere in his life. Jia manipulates, but Raghuveer asks her to leave.

Lakshmi comes to the room, but it is too late, as Jia has already left. Lakshmi asks him to remove parental control, but Raghuveer makes excuses, saying he is going to meet Kartik anyway. Raghuveer thinks that Kartik can never get engaged to Jia, and when Lakshmi meets him, everything will get sorted. While Jia is obsessed with getting Kartik, she will cross all limits to get him. Whereas Kartik is missing Lakshmi as he sees a flower planted by Lakshmi, Lakshmi goes to meet him, but he leaves. Lakshmi follows his car, and as soon as she is about to go near him, she sees a poster of Kartik's engagement. She is shocked but refuses to believe it.
