Mangal Lakshmi 14th June 2025 Written Update: Saumya’s Jealousy Puts Mangal in Trouble

The episode begins with Kapil lost in his thoughts—so distracted that he mixes water with rice instead of dal. His mother teases him, suspecting he's in love. Kapil brushes it off, saying he’s just tired, but she insists he's hiding his feelings for Mangal. Kapil irritably says Mangal is now living her chosen life with her family and working from home.

Meanwhile, at Mangal’s house, the family gathers for breakfast. As Saumya is about to sit in Mangal’s chair, Kusum discreetly signals her to choose another seat. During the meal, Sudesh gestures toward something, and Mangal encourages him to speak, pretending not to understand. This works—Sudesh finally utters the word "salt." The entire family rejoices at this sign of recovery, and the children join in celebrating. When Akshat shows Sudesh some pictures, it triggers more of his memory.

Saumya, feeling left out, excuses herself under the pretense of an office call. Meanwhile, Akshat suspects that Mangal and Adit have truly reconciled. Ishana, however, believes they are deceiving Akshat and calls both Mangal and Adit selfish, warning that Akshat will be hurt when he learns the truth. As Adit prepares to leave, Akshat notices his shirt button is broken and asks Mangal to fix it.

Worried about Kapil, his mother visits Mangal’s house, only to be shocked by the sight of Mangal and Adit getting close. Heartbroken, she attempts to leave, but Kusum sees her and invites her in. Pratibha makes excuses, but then bluntly asks why Mangal is wearing sindoor and a mangalsutra when Adit is married to Saumya.

Tension escalates when Saumya sees Adit with Mangal and lashes out at him. Mangal sends Akshat away, while Saumya takes over caring for Sudesh, insisting there’s no need to continue the “drama” now. She vents her frustration on Adit. Kusum explains Sudesh’s condition to Pratibha, who inquires about Kapil’s marriage. When asked about the girl she had selected, Pratibha reveals she’s changed her mind and rushes off.

Later, while Mangal prepares a bath for Sudesh, Saumya maliciously tampers with the water temperature, making it too hot.

Pecap: Sudesh will fall in the bathroom, and Mangal will be blamed. A furious Adit lashes out at her. Heartbroken and fed up, Mangal decides to walk away—until Kapil arrives and confronts Adit, making him realize his mistake.
