Akshay Kumar named this actress as her favourite heroine!

Khiladi Kumar aka Akshay Kumar has always considered himself as a stunt man first and then as an actor. Working as waiter in Singapore he has come a long way in his career as a mainstream actor in the Hindi Film Industry. 

Akshay is currently entertaining his fans in the theatres with his latest release Jolly LLB 3. The film also stars Arshad Warsi and Saurabh Shukla in the lead roles. The film has opened to mixed reviews while Saurabh as usual have emerged as the best part of the film. 

To promote Jolly LLB 3 Akshay graced Rajat Sharma's popular show Aap Ki Adaalat. There he very humbly and gracefully addressed every question and allegation in his own unique style. 

Apart from many other questions Rajat asked Akshay to name his favourite heroine ? The Sooryavanshi actor responded by saying I have worked with all the actress but he took the name of actress Katrina Kaif as his favourite heroine. 

Akshay and Katrina had worked together in many films. Their first film was Humko Deewana Kar gaye which came in the year 2006. After which they worked together in films like Namastey London, Welcome, Singh Is Kinng, Blue, De Dana Dan, Tees Maar Khan. And more recently they shared scene space in Rohit Shetty's Sooryavanshi. The film hit the theatres in the pandemic. 

Akshay has also mentioned about his best performance of Katrina Kaif publicly. And it is Vipul Amrutlal Shah's Namastey London. The iconic jodi of Bollywood has also given one of the best item songs of the industry Sheila Ki Jawani which appeared in Farah Khan's Tees Maar Khan. 

Talking about their upcoming films Akshay was last seen in Sajid Nadiadwala's Housefull 5 with Abhishek Bachchan, Riteish Deshmukh, Nargis, Jacqueline Fernandez, Chitrangda Singh, Dino Morea, Chunky Panday, Johny Lever to name a few. 

On the work front, Akshay will be seen in Welcome to the Jungle with actors like Arshad Warsi, Disha Patani, Lara Dutta, Sanjay Dutt, Suneil Shetty, Paresh Rawal and Raveena Tandon. The film is the third installment of the iconic welcome franchise. It is directed by choreographer turned Ahmed Khan. 

Akshay also has Bhooth Bangla with Paresh Rawal, Tabu, Wamiqa Gabbi, Rajpal Yadav and Asrani. The film marks as the comeback for director Priyadarshan. For the unversed, Akshay had publicly said that he learnt comedy from Priyadarshan.

He also has Hera Pheri 3 with Priyadarshan, Paresh Rawal and Suneil Shetty. The film is one of the most anticipated amongst the audiences. Hera Pheri is one of the most popular franchise of the Indian film industry.
